I spoke to a young lady, Samantha, who I believe was the para, and told me that she would present my case to the attorney to see if he would take my case as the deadline was approaching. She called me back and told me he was aware of the deadline and asked scheduled me for an intake which took about an hour. She told me she would get back to me in 2 or 3 days so the attorney could review everything. Four days passed and I did not hear from her so I called the office and was told that she was not available and would call me back "soon". Never called. I waited THREE WEEKS and no callback. My calls were ignored and I was never given a status if we were moving forward or not knowing that I had a statue of limitation. I was desperate and I didn't know they were still moving forward or not, if I should find another attorney or not as my deadline was approaching. The had the audacity to sent me a LETTER telling me THEY CANNOT TAKE THE CASE AS I DID NOT FIND THEM SUFFICIENTLY RESPONSIVE! AND THEY SUGGEST I CONTACT ANOTHER ATTORNEY ASAP SINCE MY RIGHT TO SUE MIGHT BE LIMITED BY ONE OR MORE STATUES OF LIMITATION. How arrogant! Are you f#%* kidding me??!!!! They linger me along knowing my deadline and think this treatment is ok!?? At this point what attorney is going to take my case?? They wasted a month of my time to seek other attorneys before I reached the statue of limitation?! Avoid this attorney and his incompetent staff at all cost! I attached a copy of the letter. I ripped it up when I got it because I was so angry.

She then sabotaged my case when I felt uncomfortable to pay her fees from support monies. I filed a malpractice lawsuit against her and this would be the 2nd time she has been sued. Judges however will cover for attorneys and will not deal with reprimanding attorneys. the court system is broken. No one gets relief and no one gets penalized for lies and negligent behavior.
