Allan got the case dismissed when the others could not, he also communicated with me on what to expect and what I should and more importantly, should not do. Lawyers almost always have a true passion for their job; Allan Friedman sincerely has this and it extends to a sincere compassion for his clients. I have known many lawyers throughout my life personally and professionally, there is no doubt Mr. Friedman is a top legal mind in his field, his professionalism and legal acumen is second to none. One of the most underrated traits shared by almost every successful attorney is a strong ability and willingness to listen. Mr. Friedman listens to the details of the case from his clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel; taking in all relevant information so as to analyze and create an effective plan of action. This ability lends to winning a case and is a key reason for Mr. Friedman's consistent track record of getting favorable results and winning cases for his clients. Mr. Friedman is my own attorney and I unequivocally recommend him to any individual in need of legal counsel. A+ attorney, 5 stars all the way.

No one thinks they are going to be in a position where they are going to need an attorney. I was in…read morethis same position when my significant other got into a situation and here I was scrambling for an attorney to help with his very extensive case. I called countless attorneys. The only one who showed just how much he cared about his clients was Alan. Alan went above and beyond for him. He was just processed and sent to county when I heard back from Alan. The first thing Alan stated was he was going up there to see what was going on and would let me know the outcome. All other attorneys were asking for payment upfront. Alan was very lenient and worked with us when it came to payment. Given the circumstances of the case, he went above and beyond what I feel any other attorney would have done. From the very first phone call he was on it and each day we received more and more good news to the point where now my significant other has been admitted into the PTI program which will help erase his mistake from being on his record. The only thing I can ever say is thank you to Alan because he truly cares about his clients and it is not about the money for him. He makes it known upfront that he is going to do everything he can for a positive outlook with your case. My guy was looking at 10 years for his offense and now it will be erased off his record once he completes the program. If this doesn't get you to believe you will have an amazing attorney, then I don't know what will. All the other attorneys are just after your money and trust me just by conversations with them they would not have gotten this case downgraded so much to where he is walking free and back working. Biggest thanks to you Alan for your hard work, dedication, and perseverance.

As a father in the family court, I had very little confidence in gaining custody. Seth reassured me that I had a strong case. Seth is an honest attorney who works hard for his clients--he was very precise and detailed in spotting out some (not so obvious) inconsistencies in my child support case. I'm sure that Seth will ensure the best possible outcome to any type of litigation within the family courts--with the child/children in mind as the priority. Highly Recommended!

Seth D. Schraier was assigned to represent me on or about 2024 in a New York Family Court child…read moresupport violation matter. Throughout the representation, communication was inconsistent. Calls I was asked to make went unanswered or were not returned, and requests for updates often went unresolved. Despite being counsel of record, I was repeatedly asked what actions I wanted taken, rather than being provided with clear legal strategy and proactive guidance. I also had a confidential address on file. Seth stated he would redact my medical records before submission to the court and did not do so, which resulted to serious purge demand being $10,000 or "bringing my toothbrush" to my next court appearance. After the Support Magistrate issued a willfulness finding, I asked counsel to object and submit properly redacted medical documentation. That was not done as requested. At a later appearance, counsel stated on the record that certified medical records had been subpoenaed, but this did not occur when initially requested. These delays and omissions contributed to adverse outcomes in my case. Clients deserve timely communication, clear legal direction, and follow through. My experience fell short of that standard.

After asking several people for referrals and getting very little help, I decided to use Yelp to search a local "Will & Trust" lawyer. I read over several reviews for lawyers who were relatively close to my parents location and the only one that popped out was Anthony Nigro. With that said, I picked up the phone and called him. His receptionist was very friendly, and put my call right through to him. Anthony was very friendly and answered all of my questions concerning their Will. It was just before the Holidays and his schedule was full but after I told him my situation and that I was flying in from LA, he made time to fit us in right before Christmas. He answered all of my emails right away and confirmed our appointment the day before we met. I knew that I had made the right choice in working with him but my parents are tough, and I wasn't sure how they would feel. However, as soon as Anthony walked in the door and brought us into the conference room I could tell that they were impressed. He made the process very simple and explained the updates that would be made then asked both of my parents if it was what they wanted before he proceeded. When we left the meeting, he assured me that I could have the new documents signed and copied before I headed back to LA. Now let's not forget, this all took place just a few days before Christmas (Anthony has 2 young children)! He worked on them over the weekend and contacted me to see if we could do the signing on December 27. He also offered to come to my parents house to make it easier. At the signing my cousins who were witnesses to the new Will, also liked Anthony and asked for his business card. So, a HUGE Thank you to Anthony Nigro, Esquire! We were all very impressed with this young lawyer. Anthony went above and beyond for my family! I HIGHLY recommend him xoxo!
