First we meet in the office to go over colors and fabrics. David had incredible knowledge and great suggestions of what would fit with our space and accounted for our pets. We landed on a thus great blue color that wouldn't be harmed by cats and great at dealing with moisture. Then his people came to our home, quickly but carefully took all the chairs and bench and they were off. We visited 4 different local companies & our first impression of LoveSeat was the best & put it in "1st place" for our business, but another company beat their price by a couple hundred dollars so we went with someone else. This other company basically just eye-balled what we wanted done & their written estimate seemed "off"; the yardage needed seemed way too low & we were curious/worried they'd try to correct this once they started the job. After confirming the job they basically "went dark" with communication, with us continually calling them with no response, & we decided to cancel with them & return to Loveseat --- & couldn't be happier. Loveseat measured everything the first time we went in, just friendly with no pressure & no worries. Great communication too (why does that seem to be a dying art?!), as well as turn-around.
