With a meal swipe, Qdoba gives you a bowl and a little packaged cookie. The bowl consists of a base, then a protein, then toppings. I chose the Mexican rice, chicken, salsa, cheese, black beans, and some other toppings that the server recommended. It was really yummy! The protein to rice ratio isn't great as I had lots of beans and rice leftover (that would taste amazing as a tortilla chip dip). Otherwise, pretty yummy food option on campus.
