She had us feeling more confident with dance after just the first lesson. She also makes it fun. We felt like we could actually dance in public after our third session (although there is still a lot of room for improvement). I am hoping to be able to continue lessons with her (just have to convince my hubby). I also love that this studio does group events such as group lessons and dance parties every week.

A Treasure of Discipline, Grace, and True Ballet Excellence…read more My daughter Sarah Spallas had the privilege of training at the Yen Li Chen Ballet School, and to this day, we consider it the very best training she has ever received. It wasn't just about dance it was about self-respect, discipline, poise, and learning to carry herself like a young lady. The instructors teach more than steps; they instill confidence, elegance, and inner strength. We've since moved to Florida, and not a day goes by that we don't miss this school. The standard of teaching is top-notch truly professional and deeply nurturing. It's rare to find a place that teaches both the art of ballet and the art of character. I can honestly say my daughter left that school better in every way not just as a dancer, but as a person. If you're lucky enough to live nearby, give your child the gift of this training. It's more than just a ballet school. It's a foundation for life. Forever grateful, A proud and thankful mother

We were so impressed by the owners, teachers and studio that after several years, my daughter started assisting classes and is now an instructor at the studio. We've now seen both sides of this business and can't say enough about how much time, love and organization goes into making this dance studio so amazing! We're proud to be a part of such a wonderful studio family that has taught our daughter so many techniques and life skills!

Just left this studio, both my kids (4yo,3yo) went for a trial class this evening. We talked about…read moreit all week and they were so excited. I know covid is crazy, which is why we have avoided all indoor sports since feb 2020. I have exchanged 6 emails with the studio this past week, not one email stated the mask requirement. This was our first attempt back at indoor sports. We walked in, my kids were without masks, I had mine on to be courteous of course. The studio REQUIRED masks for the little ones... to each their own, but we dont even own masks for our littles. The fact that 3 little girls sitting on the floor right in front of us were maskless, made me furious. Why make my toddlers wear a mask when 3 8yo's were literally 24" from my children???? The mandate has been lifted! I fully accept if others choose to mask up, but to require toddlers to mask before dance class, you lost our business!

She's tried hip hop, ballet, tap, and a couple of the summer camps and has loved every single one. Her teachers (she's had Gabby and Angie, the owner) are both amazing with the kids, and Brooklyn always looks forward to class (it's the highlight of her week). The studio has a lot of options, the prices are reasonable, and the recital at the end of the year is super organized and fun to watch. We're really happy we found such a great dance studio so close to home. If you're looking for a new studio in Queen Creek, definitely give this one a try - you won't regret it!

When an owner/instructor is hanging out at clubs, bars, going to Disneyland or trips with the same parents of dancers, and ironically those kids get all the opportunities to move up.......i call that a complete conflict of interest. There are some wholesome instructors, but no matter how good they are, if the favoritism continues it is clear the studio will not grow into what it could become. Word will travel about this behavior as the dance community is small in the area. I hope they get their stuff together because the potential is there.

My daughter started out in combo class and progressed to the school's dance team, Power Force Dance Team. Through the different disciplines she has learned poise and grace, precision, furthering her drive to be better, and courage and motivation to try something new. The teachers are very skilled at each level and many were previous students of Jeanne's in the past. Their attitude reflects their love of dance and working with kids! This may be random but my appreciation for the studio is that they carry all the dance gear you need and often times, it is less than what you spend in the dance stores.
