He's fixed our toilets, burst pipes, bathtub drains, installed sink fixtures and replaced our garbage disposal. Most recently, I had a small leak in an elbow connection that was in a pretty difficult spot to access. They were able to come out the same day, communication was excellent, and the repair itself took only about 30 minutes. The price for the service call was fair, the work was done quickly, and everything has been working perfectly since. It's nice to find a company that's reliable and responsive. Mark W

We have had a leak in our summer cottage for over a year- a leak that would only show up…read moreintermittently. After intense searching and trying different solutions, the slow leak persisted. Finally, last Saturday we concluded that the water was coming from inside the plumbing wall. I called Town and Country this morning, and was given an appointment for tomorrow, which would work, but require that we delay our return home. The person who answered the phone said there was a possibility that a technician might be freed up today. At noon we received a call from "Dave" of Town and Country. He said he was "20 minutes away". Dave came, diagnosed exactly where the leak in our drain piping was ( inside the plumbing wall). He carefully cut away the wood for access, in such a way the it can be easily reconstructed. He reconfigured the PVC drain assembly perfectly, and also rebuilt the under sink drain piping assembly. Work was fast and excellent...and the mysterious leak has finally been fixed! A very positive experience! Excellent work by "Dave" and excellent response by Town and Country Plumbing! Paul E.

When I complained about their pricing I was told they use the national average, and I could have had a free estimate done, if I'd asked. I didn't ask because I expected fair pricing. But to have the tech come was $109.00 unrefundable service fee. He was there, I needed water, so I said okay. I will never use them or recommend them again. Their name is appropriate, Advantage takes Advantage. I want Michigan pricing, not some National Average they dreamed up.
