I called and the very next day I had a tech out looking at it and shot me a very reasonable quote. We accepted. The techs Nick and Alex showed up on time and were very professional and took their time explaining things and made sure to clean up after the job was done. Since last October, I spent over $1,000.00 for Teed to try fix my furnace. I have had to miss work…read moreand spend days sitting in a cold house with space heaters running. Josh last came to my house on Friday, 1/3 and by Sunday 1/5, I did not have heat. I was told by two separate companies (1/7/25 and 1/8/25) that the problem with my furnace is that there are two cracks in the heat exchanger. One company said they most likely had been there for a long time and that I had carbon monoxide leaking in my house. One company told me Teed should have not continuously charged me for labor until they either fixed the problem or were able to detail why I needed a new furnace. In spite of this, Teed wants me to pay them an additional $546.80 for the work done on 1/3 and has threated to put a lien on my home if I don't pay. They now say that they continuously told me I needed a new furnace, and I didn't listen. This is not true. I worked with Mike years ago and had great service. I mostly worked with Josh this time and this is completely unacceptable.
