He provided the most detailed assessment and even pointed out areas that had likely been neglected by the previous contractor. Throughout the entire process, Arthur and his team maintained professional communication. Despite challenges with rain and extreme heat, they worked diligently without compromising quality. I'm extremely happy with the stain he recommended and the care he took in helping us choose colors--his feedback was both thoughtful and valuable. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and professionalism of his crew truly stood out. Based on our experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend Arthur and his team to anyone looking for quality work.

Jimmy came out and explained their process which is very gentle (doesn't tear up the shingles which is good because we were hoping to get a few more years out of them). He and his partner sprayed foam on the roof and came back to check on it several days later after the rain had washed everything away. Worked like a charm! Our roof looks so much better! We were so happy that we had them come back later to clean the gutters before winter. And we will give them a call this summer to pressure wash everything. These guys are great - friendly, responsive, affordable and diligent. What more could you ask for?

We met with a few contractors and we knew almost immediately that we wanted to work with Dave. His professionalism and knowledge were apparent right from the start. Dave is a an excellent advisor and problem-solver. His work is top-notch and he has the ability to understand your vision and make it happen. He guided our design choices for flooring, woodwork, and other materials. We decided to do built in bunkbeds, which Dave designed. They are perfect. He had siderails made that match the hardware we chose for the doors. He added tongue and grove to the bottom of the top bunks (the "ceiling" of the bottom bunk) to match the ceiling in the rooms, and storage under the bottom bunks. None of those were things we had requested but really added to the look and functionality of the room. This all might make it seem that we spent a fortune but our project came within our expected budget. Dave's estimate was accurate and he was able to accurately project the cost of additions we decided to make along the way. Don't Bother - Waste of Time!…read more A few nice guys came out to look at our house that needed both HVAC and Plumbing work. My husband said they were knowledgeable and nice guys. They inspected the job and discussed the scope of the project. A week later, I called for the bid. Stan got on the phone and said they weren't interested in bidding on the job. Said that they primarily handle commerical jobs. Whaat?? When I booked the appointment the woman asked if this was residential or commerical. She nor the guys that came out to look at the house never said that they don't do residential. I often wonder how businesses with poor customer service survive. I mean any professional SERVICE company that takes time to come and inspect a job submits a bid. My husband and I are both nice and professional people, so it's not like we offended them in anyway. They clearly are not interested in getting new business. I'd never recommend this company to anyone.
