After searching and interviewing multiple painters, and gathering several quotes, I felt Arthur was…read morethe best choice due to his experience and his clear explanation of what our cedar home needed. He provided the most detailed assessment and even pointed out areas that had likely been neglected by the previous contractor. Throughout the entire process, Arthur and his team maintained professional communication. Despite challenges with rain and extreme heat, they worked diligently without compromising quality. I'm extremely happy with the stain he recommended and the care he took in helping us choose colors--his feedback was both thoughtful and valuable. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and professionalism of his crew truly stood out. Based on our experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend Arthur and his team to anyone looking for quality work.

I got up much earlier than normal (I work from 7pm to 3:30am) to get stuff ready and clear access to the projects. I texted at 8:45, no response. I called at 9 and he answered but said he was a little slow this morning. Said he would be here in an hour. He called back a few minutes later and asked if I had seen the weather. Now he says it's suppose to rain at noon. I reminded him, if he would have been here on time he would have been finished by then. Again I confirmed he would be here in an hour. Got a text a few minutes later saying his child had been in the hospital and he was too tired. Sent me a screen shot of texts about his child. Not something I want to see...personal. All he had to do was contact me before 8:30 and let me know he had a family emergency and wouldn't be able to make it. Instead he completely ignored me and wasted my time. He says he is a good worker with a lot of experience. However, in my book being on time, communicating with your client and making excuses after the fact is inexcusable.
