When I get anxious (just happens frequently in stores or appointments) I tend to talk a lot. They listened. And they were so polite!! Upon heading to the athletic shoe department, I had no idea how I was going to find the best shoe (frequent falls have been occurring so I had my walker (with seat) along. De Jaun and Nate were absolutely perfect professionals. Nate took over after the first half hour. He (and De Jaun) were so knowledgeable about support and insoles. Nate spent at least an hour with me saying "just one more pair." He helped with the lacing and seemed invested in making sure I did not select a shoe "just because." Nate shared his knowledge in such a kind way. I ended up with the perfect fit and insoles. I met the Team Lead (John) and shared my gratitude for such stellar service.
