Disappointed but not a deal killer. They still are decent but the pricing has gone through the roof. I rent several tools per month for my business so I need the best pricing. I now go to several other places. Herc is loosing some of my business due to non competitive pricing. Herc, do some price shopping with other rental yards and adjust. You will have more business.

When I questioned the amount of the deposit, was asked, "How about a $300 deposit?" Again, this is for a much-used pressure washer that would cost less if buying brand new. Go to Home Depot at Spring Cypress and 290 and get the same equipment for a $150 deposit, INCLUDING rental fee.
