They (had) a great selection of equipment with reasonable pricing , however the company was sold to Herc rentals. Herc has moved or fired some of the people I was used to working with. Disappointed but not a deal killer. They still are decent but the pricing has gone through the roof. I rent several tools per month for my business so I need the best pricing. I now go to several other places. Herc is loosing some of my business due to non competitive pricing. Herc, do some price shopping with other rental yards and adjust. You will have more business.

Wanted a $500 deposit PLUS rental fee for a 2800 psi pressure washer for residential use. Could buy…read moreone brand new for half that amount or less. When I questioned the amount of the deposit, was asked, "How about a $300 deposit?" Again, this is for a much-used pressure washer that would cost less if buying brand new. Go to Home Depot at Spring Cypress and 290 and get the same equipment for a $150 deposit, INCLUDING rental fee.

He said he would check on it then return my call shortly. Several hours later by 5:14 no call. Went to United the next day got the equipment no problem. I called corporate and left a message on their machine, still no response back. Finally got a response back that I'm approved...to late already rented from someone else. I understand that people get busy but I had explained to the manager that it was needed immediately so I lost a day of work because they didn't get back with me. So no I don't recommend them, they cost me money losing work

The first time the associate acted like they only rented to commercial businesses which is not the case, once was given misinformation, and the 3rd I stood there for a good while and was never assisted so I left. It seems they have many nice tools etc to rent, but I have yet to be successful at doing that.
