Decided to give these guys another chance. I love Kubota equipment and drive right past the location multiple times a week. I stopped in to buy a hydraulic filter for a skidsteer. The parts counter was very quick and very helpful, he even helped me carry 20 gallons of DEF I decided to buy while I was there. I inquired with the sales person about the new SVL75-3. "Later this year." Kinda broad, but I understand. I asked for a price on a 75-2 High-flow with forestry door. He said he didn't know. I stood there a minute and waited thinking maybe he would offer to ask someone who knew or get back with me, nothing. Sorry I wasted your time, young man. I really prefer to shop locally and have a relationship with a dealer, but I guess that's LM's goal. I'll guess I'll continue using Central Kubota for equipment and Wowco for parts even though it's not convenient. I was really looking forward to using a local dealer. read more

Horrible service. Huge lack of knowledge and initiative! Waited two weeks to install one part. Waited a month and a half to get my Stihl chain saw back from repairs. Charged me four hours of service fees to disassemble a unit that was brought to them already dissembled.
