It was actually perfect. We finally got to the dreaded end of life for both our furnace and air conditioner and right during the busiest time for all companies, midsummer and right after two rounds of very damaging storms. We got a quote from the company we had been using and that quote wasn't necessarily gross outside of reasonable but we felt that with such a high investment we should get at least one more quote. We called Enright, who handled the quote and all of our questions immediately. They were less expensive than our previous quote, had a much better warranty and better financing. They are also clearly competent. The owner, out of mercy on our souls after the storms came to see our broken system first and we didn't hear him at the door and he had to leave. We felt horrible. He is busy! He treated us with such grace. The company is family owned and operated and works around the clock and are very accessible. The installers came right on time, were extremely polite and conscientious the entire time and finished their quality work ahead of time. They were clean, well organized and cheerful. Do not hesitate to use this company. I really don't see how their service can be beat.

I would not recommend this business to anyone who is looking for professional, knowledgeable,…read moreprompt service. I was looking to have our boiler system repaired, first technician said it was a bad ignitor, which it was not. Second technician said it was a bad pressure switch, which was ordered and installed. Boiler ran constantly and would not shut down, even after thermostat temperature was attained. Third diagnosis was another switch (since the first one installed was incorrect). After that installation boiler ran constantly, without burners ever coming on. Total incompetence, with no apologizes. $500 dollars later, and still no functional boiler. We called RCM heating who came out that day and had the boiler properly fixed and running within an hour! Do not call JTR unless you want to waste your money! Mr. H

Our 94 year mom found herself without heat on one of the coldest days of this winter. She called Custom Seasons and Chris was out within the hour. It was discovered that her 30 year old furnace might be fixable but questions were raised if that was the wise choice. Chris asked that mom talk it over with family and then took a call from a family member to answer questions and discuss options. No hard sell; just straight answers that allowed us to make our own decision. After we decided to replace the furnace Custom Seasons had it ordered , delivered, installed, and working 24 hours after the initial visit. Needless to say our mom is warm and relieved, and we are all very happy with the experience. We could go on and on about the professional manner Brian had as he removed the old furnace and installed the new one. Tarps laid on all carpets and floors, took away all old materials, and broom swept the area leaving it like he was never there; with the exception that now the house was warm. Chris arrived to walk us through the product warranty and registration .He waited for the furnace to cycle through to ensure all was working, and left encouraging mom to call immediately if there were questions or concerns. If you find yourself facing an HVAC problem we could not encourage you more to call Chris at Custom Seasons.

A technician from Southwest Fireplace visited my home and diagnosed the problem as a faulty pilot assembly. Another company had previously said the pilot was fine but diagnosed a faulty fireplace valve. Southwest Fireplace later came out to replace the pilot assembly and complete the tune-up. While working on the fireplace, the technician asked who had told me that the pilot assembly was faulty. I replied that Southwest Fireplace had diagnosed the faulty pilot assembly. It seemed odd that the technician questioned as to who said the prior pilot assembly was faulty. I asked if the fireplace valve was ok and the technician said the valve was fine. The technician seemed to have some difficulty lighting the fireplace after replacing the pilot assembly and completing the tune-up. A short time after the work was done, I attempted to turn on the fireplace but it would not start up. I contacted Southwest Fireplace and was told that I would have to pay for an additional diagnostic check to determine why the fireplace was not working. Given that the fireplace failed without really being used since the repair, it would appear that Southwest Fireplace had initially misdiagnosed the problem. And now, Southwest Fireplace expects me to pay them again to re-diagnose the problem. I have already paid them several hundred dollars and still have a non-working fireplace. I do not recommend doing business with this company. The rating should be zero, but one of five is the lowest option available for the review.
