    Quick tire air pressure adjustment

    Visited the dealership today. I had my air pressure adjusted right in the service drive. Quick easy painless and no charge. They also offered a free car wash. Wow , so nice. Thank you

    My experience with champion gmc has been a nightmare. My truck went in for an engine noise, after several weeks of attempting to contact them they finally got back to me and told me I needed an engine and gave me an outrageous quote so I towed my truck out of their shop and replaced the engine myself. when replacing my engine I noticed their tech broke my engine cover in half. This only happens due to gross negligence. I have now called the dealer for 4 days asking for a new cover and have gotten next to no response. At this point I think they're deliberately ignoring me so they don't have to correct their mistake. Do not take your vehicle here they are an absolute scam and shouldn't be in business with the way they operate and treat their customers

    I found a car on Carfax and sent for information on the vehicle. I was contacted by email, phone, and text concerning the car. Lindsey called me and asked when I was going to come and see the car. I indicated that day. I drove 1 hour and 50 minutes one way. While driving, she called me to see if I was still coming and I told her that I would be there in 30 minutes. I get to the dealership and Brad, who had been texting me all day talked with me concerning the car in question. He informed me that the vehicle in question was 11K more then what is listed on Carfax and began to Gaslight me stating, "You really don't believe that the vehicle is at that price with that mileage did you?" I said I had be texted 6 times today with several phone calls concerning the car and took 1/2 day off work and drove almost 2 hours to be Gaslite?! He further stated that he could get me in another vehicle and he could show me what he has available. Be careful with these people. Don't lose money from work, lose time, and gas, to come to this place and be lied to and Gaslte due to their false advertising on Carfax!

    0 stars for disappointed service center with a very rude service manager Brian, not helpful and lying on people, i visit this shop on July 5, 2022, after they force me to wait 1 hour they changed the tire without checking other issue with the left fron side because after accident , then discovered a big problem with control arm and mechanic after change tire. This was at 5PM, they want to close the shop they asked me to keep car and go back home. They didn't order Lyft/Uber for me. They closed the shop and left me outside under sunshine more than half hour until I order lyft driver to pick me up. What happened to my car: I purchased Buick Encore gx on June 23,2022 1- Unfortunately no body at this dealership check the tires pressure it was 47psi The front left tire exploded after 7days during driving in the parking lot and hit the road side 2- Unfortunately this should warning on dashboard about over inflated but it didn't. . Finally we got an accident. And the dealer service doesn't complying to this and start giving a fake and lying causes

    Car wash?

    After spending 2500$ on repairs one would think a car wash was in order? Never heard anything positive about this dealership so I took a chance out of convenience. Last time......I'll make the extra effort to go elsewhere

    These are big red flags, they wouldn't defend or explain these charges.

    Stay away from this advance auto parts location. Worst customer service experience I've ever had…read more This guys should not be dealing with the public.     Me and my boyfriend had a rough day yesterday on his birthday. Our alternator died while 2 hours…read moreaway from home. The young kid that worked there (forgot him name) was our angel on our rough day. He went above and beyond to help us be able to get home. He tested our alternator/battery, jumped my car AND THEN GAVE US HIS JUMPER CABLES so if we died on the way home we had the cables to be able to get a jump. He said since it was my boyfriends birthday and we were having such a rough day that it was the least he could do. We didn't even spend any money at his store because they didn't have what we needed, and he still went out of his way to do all this and make our day. His manager/boss on the other hand was SO RUDE. We asked if they had any tools we could use to try and install our alternator, and he so rudely said "we have tools you can buy", when in fact they had tools we could've rented and then returned and got the full refund, but he didn't even tell us about that option. He wouldn't help us test our battery/alternator, he made the younger kid go and do it when he wasn't even entirely sure how to, he just had to figure it out while he was out there (which he did, because he is amazing). People talk so often about how crappy millennials are, but in my opinion it's the other way around. That older gentleman who was in charge had horrible customer service. He even left in the middle of the day and left the younger kid there in charge (who was obviously somewhat new because he he had to wait for the manager to get back to be able to figure out how to help us with something, so we would've had to wait 15 minutes for him to return from getting MCDONALDS). Overall the gist of this story is that the younger gentleman who helped us out was so amazing for helping us when he in no way needed to. Went above and beyond his job description to help us out. And the older gentleman who was in charge was so rude and needs to take a customer service class because I graduated with a bachelors degree in hospitality, and you sir get an F for your hospitality grade.     We went here a few years ago to get a Truxedo Low Pro Tannow cover put on our Dodge Ram. The…read moreinstall went fine and we didn't have any issues until recently. We went with this brand because we were told it had a lifetime guarantee. The latch wore out and the cover would not stay down. I brought the truck in and asked if we could get it fixed under warranty. Photos were taken and we were told they would file a warranty replacement. Brad told me he would call me. A week goes by with no call. I was told that they were waiting on parts. Two weeks go by. I call. Same story. Three weeks go by. I stop in. I explain I need this replaced so I can move my son home from college. He says he will follow up with the company and call me back. Did I get a call back? No. I called a few days later. A woman answered the call and said she would have Brad call back. Did he call back? No. A month and half goes by. Brad tells me he followed up and they are shipping the items. They will be here Wednesday the following week. I call the following Friday. He states that he doesn't have the parts. He would check. He would call back. Does he call me back? No. At this point it has been over a month and a half. I call Truxedo and ask if Brad from Diversified Creations made a warranty request. Truxedo tells me that there is no warranty request. She calls him and he says he is 'working with his supplier' for the warranty request and Truxedo told Brad they will work with me directly instead. Truxedo tells me that you don't go through suppliers for a warranty replacement - that's isn't how warranty replacements work. Obviously, nobody submitted the warranty replacement. Brad repeatedly told me he would get me the parts and they were on order but never even made the warranty request with Truxedo. Truxedo verified this. If you are too busy, or don't want to bother with the warranty replacement, just tell me so I don't waste my time. Don't give me the run around for almost two months and then make me find out through Truxedo that you never sent in a warranty replacement with them for my issue, even though you told me you did and the parts were coming in. You never bothered to call me back any of the times I called. I do not recommend working with this business.
