I immediately returned the vehicle to the original dealership, where I was told--shockingly--that the car had been in a major front-end collision. From that point on, they dodged every question and avoided all accountability, from the service department management all the way up to the owner of the dealership. Frustrated, confused, and honestly nervous to be driving a "brand new" car with my family, I sought out help from Biener Ford in Great Neck--and I am so glad I did. Without hesitation or judgment, I was welcomed into their service department. My vehicle was inspected immediately by their head mechanics, who ultimately determined the actual repair needed. Most importantly, they confirmed that my car had not been in any major front-end collision and that it was completely safe to drive. From start to finish, every single person I dealt with at Biener Ford was an absolute pleasure. They coordinated picking up my vehicle from my job, ordered parts promptly, and kept me informed every step of the way. The service manager, Peter, is truly the best there is--knowledgeable, patient, and exceptionally kind to both customers and his team. The mechanics at Biener are equally top-notch, and I wouldn't trust my truck--or any of my vehicles--with anyone else.
