Although they were not able to fully repair the issue without ordering parts, we were assured that we could use the slide and how to do it safely until we returned home to FL to have a permanent repair completed. It was such a relief to know how to work around this issue and they adjusted our cables and had us back on the road. Thank you so much to each and every person at this shop that answered our call and took the time to help travelers when so many RV places won't unless you are going to be in the area for two weeks. We appreciate the positive attitudes and the peace of mind.

Buyer beware! bought a 2026 great wolf toy hauler. The refrigerator was not working they could get…read moreit working for a day or two then it would blow the refrigerator fuse then I would promptly take it back to them they had it for three and a half months of five that I owned it after five months still blowing fuses on the second or third day they finally came clean, said it was above them they could not figure out what the issue was with it I called lippart and forest river. The manufacturer deduced the fuse was not big enough for the fridge, I replaced the fuse myself! everytime we brought the RV home after they had worked on it there was other damage to the RV a cut in the floor, a ding in the sidewall scuffs in a plastic door it was never ending from now on I will just deal with the manufacturer forest River. I will say I had no issues with the sales people they did their job. My personal opinion would be to take your RV somewhere else to be serviced and save yourself a headache.

We were looking for a lightweight camper that we could tow with our Honda Odyssey. I had seen a…read morecouple of trailers on the lot that I knew were well below that tow weight limit. When my husband and I walked into the showroom/office, we spoke to someone at a desk, who nodded at another guy for us to talk to. This guy had absolutely no interest in helping us, and insisted that there weren't any camper trailers made that were under our 3.500 limit for our tow vehicle (which was also equipped with a transmission cooler, etc.) I asked if we could go look around and he said sure, help yourself. I googled several of the trailer models they had on hand as we walked through the lot, and found several that weighed a good 1000 lbs less than our limit. We walked in again to ask about some of those, but were ignored. So we walked out. Ended up buying a nice Aliner elsewhere.

The gentleman who owns and runs this business went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I…read morerecently visited this business with a welding request. My sway bar link mount had rusted off of my Jeep and I had rebuilt it myself with some steel plates nuts and bolts. I asked this gentleman if he would please Weld the plates together so that I would not have to worry about them coming apart during operation. Instead he actually took apart everything that I had built and in its place created a Box that was very similar to what had been previously there from the manufacturer. He fabricated this Box and mount out of nothing but spare parts that he had lying around and it looked absolutely amazing and has held up very well since. And not only that but the price was beyond reasonable I would recommend this man 100 out of 100 over and over again if you have anything that needs welded or if you just have something that You are not quite sure what it needs take it to this man and he will figure it out absolutely amazing.
