Second repair, he also tore down my mower before even giving me a new estimate. When I asked for it back as is, he said he'd have to charge me just to put it back together. Also doesn't honor the repair price he quotes you. Overcharge! STAY AWAY !

They did the tires perfectly and recommended getting it tuned. I scheduled it, dropped the bike back off, and they even put it on the dyno to get everything dialed in properly. When I got the bike back, it was running like it was brand new! Ray, Kevin, Damien, Jordan & the entire staff were all a big help throughout the whole process. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel like my bike was in good hands. I really appreciate the honest recommendation and the work they put into my bike. However, the steps that happened were top of the chart. Liz went above and beyond after hours to walk me through everything that would be occurring. She kept me up to date on my insurance and the driver at faults insurance. She even had to take a check to the tow yard because they weren't doing their part quick enough. I was beyond frazzled after never gone through this process before. But, Liz made me feel like I was number one, despite having many claims she deals with daily. Matt also was helpful in letting me know ways I'd be able to get the best from the Insurance Company on my total loss. Oh and Tony took off the license plate for me. It's a great place for sure. I limped it into their shop thinking it was the transmission but all it needed was the front CV axles replaced. Although it took a few days to get to it (I did not have an appointment) when they did it was repaired in a matter of hours.

Took my vehicle in for a major oil leak. Was told it was the valley pan gasket, valve cover gasket,…read moreoil cooler line, and oil pan gasket. Due to the extent of the oil leak I asked if the rear main seal was leaking. I was told no that it was the only items listed above. Approved the repairs and picked up the vehicle. Was told they had to power wash the underneath due to the amount of oil that had been leaking. So not to be alarmed if I saw some drips for awhile. Drove the vehicle less than 50 miles and the leak was just as bad as it always was had to put 2.5 quarts of oil in. Took back to Dart was then told it was the rear main seal. This was definitely misdiagnosed the first time. They then wanted another $1000 to do the rear main seal. Per the owner Dave after doing the other repairs it added more oil pressure causing the rear main seal to go out. Oil pressure was never an issue and carries the same oil pressure before and after repairs. At this point I'm not convinced they even replaced the gaskets they said they replaced. As I can't tell any difference with the oil leak. Definitely would not recommend this shop.
