08-08-25 // still well taken care of at Christian Bros. They installed a replacement front strut…read morefor me today. No issues at all. But the only constructive criticism I'd offer is when I called to make an appointment I was told they had a 0930A slot open on 08-08-25. I didn't ask for this date. That's the day I was offered. Now to be fair, I came to Christian Bros. because they beat the price of this install by $150.00 when compared to Peoria Subaru. But to my dismay, I didn't anticipate this install taking the entire day. Peoria Subaru quoted me 2 hr. install + 1 hr. on the alignment rack. Christian Bros. closes at 6p. and at 630p - I was still sitting in their lobby. I did not get any updates throughout the day & had to call myself and ask at 530p. I believe they overbooked themselves. I don't know if that necessarily detracts from their great customer service, but it's constructive criticism I'd offer to their mgmt.

Ken's Auto Repair I…read morerecently took my car to Ken's Auto Repair Service after getting an estimate from the dealership for nearly $5,000 worth of repairs and replacements. Since I don't drive a lot of miles, I wanted a second opinion before spending that kind of money. I heard about Ken's through word of mouth, along with all the great Google and Yelp reviews mentioning their honesty, fair pricing, and no-pressure approach. I'm glad I listened. They performed an oil and filter change and did a complete inspection of the areas the dealership claimed needed immediate repair or replacement. Ken's told me those items were actually fine and showed me the brake measurements, explaining that my brakes still have about half their life remaining. No scare tactics, no upselling -- just honest, straightforward service. The total bill came to just over $100. That alone says a lot about their integrity. This is truly the kind of trustworthy Mom & Pop auto repair shop that's hard to find anymore. The son and wife who took over after the original Ken ( the dad) retired and are carrying on a great reputation. Professional, honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

Well, I was right in the middle of a job needing it for a long haul when it began acting up really bad. It would chug at stop lights and it was behaving like it wasn't getting fuel... and it finally even died on me. Well, thank god I was able to get it to a local mechanic and when calling all my friends on who they would use, many of them cited the same place and it was Scott Repmans off Bell. Especially because I've got a diesel and I know they require a special touch. Well, not only was I expecting the bill to be much higher but I honestly wasn't expecting to get it back until Thursday or even Friday. Turns out it was a sensor for the accelerator and they had it ready for pickup on Monday by 3pm! It drives BETTER than even before the problems began and I now know where to take it for my tune-up and maintenance like oil changes. Super thrilled with this place and will recommend them along with my buddies now.

Jacob (Jake) was so kind, accommodating, and professional. I could tell that he, the techs, and the shop foreman really cared about us and getting our van in tip-top shape. They made us very happy, and for a decent price, too. I'll be taking all three of our vehicles to Repman's from now on, and I'll be telling anyone willing to listen to me in Laveen that the drive is well worth it! I for one don't mind driving to the right folks to get quality and dependable work done; it beats being ripped off and/or getting less than the best from more local shops.

Leroy's wanted $1800 ($900 an axle) for the work, when we asked for an Itemized bill Jimmy not only refused but said it's all in the work up. The work up???? Having several vehicles never have we had a bill that did not state exactly what the parts, labor and additional work cost! We called and talked to Troy who is either the shop manager or owner about this policy/procedure and he still saw no red flags. Leroy's is a scam and they are pulling prices out of a hat and price gouging the public to fraud and to be unprofessional in their business tactics.
