As i was driving down the freeway my tire went flat on me. I arrived to Chamberlin Auto and explained the situation since i had no appointment. I asked that the flat tire along with the next worst one be replaced. They replaced both tires within the hour. While i was waiting, the gentleman at the front desk was very corteous and social. He brought out toys for my 2 year old and offered to switch the TV to cartoons. After the scary thought of potentially wrecking in the freeway, this nice customer service is what i needed. My SUV won't start even with a jump,Towed my SUV to this shop twice.. first time they charged me over $200 said it was a bad battery. 2nd time truck quit doing the exact same thing as the first time. Called they said have it towed (my expense) they said it was the starter charged me over $300 dollars. They ripped me off. it was the starter from the start. I call to complain to the owner he babbled some lies and made up mechanical talk. There was nothing wrong with my battery the first visit they just lied and knew I would be back. DON"T go to this shop. The owner and his workers are liars and take your money. read more

They definitely are over priced and tried to rip me off by selling me a 200 dollar tie rod I did not even need in order to do a 200 dollar alignment after charging me 200 for an outer tie rod I probably did not need it and 357 for one ball joint...beware...took to another shop and I did not need the other tie rod or any inner tie rod as they tried to say...saved myself all kinds of money by not using Chamberlain Automotive... read more
