A really great spot for locals in Chama. We enjoyed our meal from start to finish. Pizza was tasty and the place was clean!

    Fire pit and outdoor seating.

Good food and a nice beer & wine menu. Awesome outdoor space and great service with no tipping (employees are paid a living wage.) The place to be in beautiful but sleepy Chama!

You order your food and drinks at the bar and they bring the food out to you. No tabs, pay as you go. They do check on you to make sure everything is ok. Water and glasses are already on the table when you seat yourself. Cloth napkins and nice silverware in a tray are given to you when you place your order at the bar. Had their antipasto which included some dried strawberries like we had never had before, so good! Also, ordered one of the pizza's which we loved. We will eat here again!

We stopped in for dinner while on a camping trip with the family. Since it was the off season for this tourist town, most of the restaurants were closed. I'm so glad we stumbled upon this place. Everyone in my group found something they liked on the menu (which is rare) and they have a great, pet friendly, patio! I also liked that they add a standard surcharge to each ticket for the waitstaff instead of depending on customers gratuity. We will definitely return the next time we're in Chama!

Welcoming staff, great decor and pretty darn good pizza. Did I mention that the oven is as big as a Volkswagen bug? It's all good stuff. A little pricey for a 14" pizza (plus 2 cans of Coke) for around $20. There's not too much happening on the food scene in Chama, so this is a really interesting addition. I hope they do well... xo

Hamburger with fresh local beef and a delicious variety of roasted potatoes and some jalapeños!!!

What an amazing restaurant in Chama!!! Gourmet pizza, incredible burgers made from local beef!!! And fine wine including several champagnes!!! The owner, Matt, came out to ask how our experience was! The setting is lovely...a totally relaxing experience! Can't wait to go back!!!

Sadly this place was closed as of 10/1/2021. It looked new and the menu looked amazing. I was really disappointed we didn't get to try it.

We started with the salads, which were phenomenal- absolutely huge portions and incredibly fresh. The pizza itself was spectacular. Even though the restaurant was pretty busy, the service was impressively quick and attentive, and the environment was great to hang out in. Before we left, we got some of their dessert dough balls to go--both the apple pie and the cinnamon flavors. They were absolutely delicious and the perfect sweet finish. Overall, just a wonderful meal and a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Our server was great in taking our orders and checking on us, but to get the check on the other hand, that took a while. Onto the food. Our order got mixed up a bit. We got one pizza placed in front of us that wasn't ours, the other that got dropped off someone at my table didn't notice and started eating it. Then our original order was brought. Long story short we had a bunch of left overs. I personally got a calzone that was amazing and the size portion was huge. This is a pet friendly location so they have outdoor seating and sliding garage doors that can be closed. Overall it was a great feel to it. And we would def come back for more.

Kinda disappointed breakfast was not being served anymore, but it makes sense for the area and because they open at 7am! Think we were a bit late to the breakfast party lol. Service was great and attentive, we were seated quickly when we arrived and the chips and salsa followed suit. The restaurant itself is nice, nothing fancy, they are here to feed you and that's their priority. For the food: I went with the Birria Jalisco and my partner went with the fajita burrito. For drinks we had a mimosa and coffees. Mimosa was great, coffee was pretty standard. The birria was actually pretty tasty and came with a side of rice and beans. I just wish I would've asked for corn instead of flour tortillas as they don't ask when you place the order. My partner THOROUGHLY enjoyed the fajita burrito lol that plate was clean. Overall the food was good, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. Would definitely visit again.

The restaurant was clearly popular, with a packed parking lot and a steady line of guests waiting for tables. While the outdoor seating wait was about 30 minutes, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated indoors right away. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, though it can get quite loud during busy times. I ordered the Rio Brisket Tacos and appreciated the happy hour discount, which made them an even better value. The Chokecherry Habanero Margarita was a standout, offering just the right balance of flavor and heat. My son tried the Homesick Texas Steak Sandwich along with a homemade root beer and thought they were decent. Service was a bit inconsistent during our visit, but the staff seemed to be managing a very busy crowd. The restaurant's popularity was evident when we overheard that the wait time had grown to an hour and a half by the time we left. Overall, while the experience didn't completely meet our expectations, it's easy to see why this spot draws such a crowd. The unique drink offerings, happy hour specials, eating by the river and strong local following may make it worth a visit for travelers passing through the area.
