I was acquainted with the manager at Cubo, who used to work at Caesar's on "Revo". I did not recognize any of the waiters from other restaurants, but nonetheless, Gerson took care of me nicely. Although the restaurant was not crowded, the food took awhile to come out from the open kitchen, which did not bother me one whit, since I had the wine being continually poured by Gerson, and the WIFI worked perfectly, as it always does in Tijuana.
