First time there ? Charming venue , love stepping back in time. Went to see Boston/Styx cover band. There is no assigned seating , we got there early not knowing what to expect. Cool old school vibes theatre. Prices for tickets and concessions are cheap! Great for a movie with kids where you won't feel bad if you have to leave a little early. The chairs are janky and many are broken. It was a cool experience and fun to take my daughter to read more

Smaller, old world feel, and you can rent it out for birthday parties which is super fun. I was here for a child's birthday party and we had the full run of the place. It felt like we were in our own world. We got popcorn, all the snacks, and we didn't have to worry about interrupting other peoples experience. They also have concerts and Seahawks viewing parties I am told. The only downside is for being a smaller venue they still have "big venue popcorn prices". read more

This place is awesome. What an old school feel but perfect venue. Friday night, not packed at all and playing recent movies. There's only one screen and one movie playing at all times. Tonight we saw the secret life of pets (go see it if you haven't already). Huge theater, comfortable seats. CHEAP TICKETS AND SNACKS! I paid for my tickets and snacks what I would normally pay for 1 ticket at a regular theater. Insane. They also serve beer and wine here. You can rent the theater out too. 3 hours to play video games for 4+ people for only $100?! That's crazy! They also play the Seahawks games when they are in season. Such an awesome place to go, it'll make you never want to go back to a regular theater again. The only reason why you would is because they aren't playing the movie you want to see. read more

Great theater in a small town! There's a huge sense of community with free showings of the Seahawks games and local events fairly often. There movies are pretty up to date with super reasonable prices. A large popcorn and soda combo is $7. The only thing that's a bit unexpected is that not ever row/seat has a cup holder. Little movie spot next to the police station. Most of the time they show new releases, and prices are much cheaper then major theaters. Only one screen here, so be sure to check movie and times before making the trip! Parking across the street, but if a blockbuster is showing here, come early as the lot isn't very big! read more

I would love to give them 10 stars if I could. They really made my kid's birthday party special. First, the owner was so nice and easy to work with. They had a huge "happy birthday" on the movie screen, and had the music playing before the start. We were able to bring in pizza & cake. We ordered drinks there, though. Great old fashioned theater with character, not a cookie cutter megaplex. Family friendly. Great Prices on concessions. I almost hate to give a great review since this may be one of those undiscovered treasures that everyone will find out about, but here goes. My wife and I were invited to attend a Seahawks game showing at this theater so we didn't know what to expect. The theater is vintage, but well maintained. Admission was free and seating plentiful. Beer and wine was only $5 and a Nathan's hot dog was only $4. We had a great time and major kudos to the owners and employees for making this very reasonable venue available to the public for Seahawk games. Oh yeah, three members of the local High School were playing their drums after Seahawks' touchdowns keeping the spirit going - good job guys! read more

They don't reply to emails or comments on social media, when a concert is cancelled and you ask for a refund, as you should be able to. Still waiting on my refund from a cancelled concert in 2020, that was cancelled because of COVID. The only reply I ever received was that they were 'working on refunds' and would get back to me. I've never heard another word. They delete any social media comments you make about it, and they just ignore when you reach out by email or phone. All I wanted is my money back, there are plenty of others experiencing this horrible show of customer service as well. It's too bad as I really enjoyed a concert the one time I went, which is why I bought these tickets to go again. No thanks. Just make good on your promise and give people their money back? It's way better than bad publicity. read more

$7 entry, $5 matinee. Most expensive TUB of popcorn is like $4. Largest pop is $2.50. Most expensive candy $3.00. First run movies. 350 seat capacity. Almost a 100 year old building brings the old world movie theater feel back. Great people, great atmosphere, good price. Worth the drive. read more

Wife and I wanted to go to a movie but didn't want to drive all the way into Bonney Lake or Federal Way so the first time in the 14 years that I've lived in Enumclaw. We went to the Charlotte theater and glad we did for a small theater in Enumclaw that must be a hundred years old it's very clean great screen and decent seating the best part about it is the prices are extremely reasonable we will definitely go back and start watching movies here again if you're Enumclaw and want to see a movie I highly recommend the Charlotte. read more

Terrific value at a classic movie theater. I've seen it all here- from "Easy Rider" to "Superman". Big place, no one getting in your way or wrecking the movie. Great value for a new movie. Love the old feel of the theater, and had been great to bring the whole family. Parking is a little light, but if you dont mind walking a block or two you will there is street parking surrounding the theater. Sound and bathrooms need improvements. A good choice if you want to stay local and watch a movie. read more

I love this place! The sound system and quality of picture is fantastic. We just went to see Man of Steel and it was great. The first theater to not have completely "rip off" concession prices and a $7.00 full price admission makes sense. Plus $5 matinee prices on the weekends. Worth the drive and friendly, awesome people. Ok, some of the seats are not fantastic, but there is plenty of room to get comfortable. Support local theaters and treat yourself to a trip to Enumclaw and the Chalet Theatre. A first-rate movie-going experience. read more

Small local theatre that plays 1st run movies. It's been there for ages. $7 for a ticket for the 7pm show (the only show of the day). Concession prices are mind blowing and jaw dropping. Med popcorn and pop was $4.50! Let me repeat that - $4.50! And it's hot and fresh with butter that doesn't have a weird taste. Try getting the same popcorn/soda deal at a chain theatre under $15. Candy prices for large items were $1.50 to $2. There is an old guy that runs the place. He takes the tickets and then goes up and starts the projector. The place is big inside (old meeting hall from the 20's, I think) and the seats are not old and creaky. The only nit-picks are no cup holders, and if it's cold outside, then it's only slightly warmer inside. Bring a coat. picture quality is ok and the sound is just the basics. Parking is mostly on the street. We've never had a problem finding a spot. It's a hometown gathering spot where people turn around and talk to each other before the movie. If it's after 7pm and you just want hot popcorn and not see the movie, they will let you in to buy it. A nice cheap snack driving back to Seattle. read more

I always prefer to support the local, small businesses when able, especially when their products and service are at least as good as you'll find in the 'big' city. This theater fulfills that need! I love the history of the place. The movies are new-releases and the overall prices are much less than you'll pay in the 'big' city. Their recently upgraded projector and sound system are just great, and the staff is always friendly. And I must give the owners praise for their community support when it comes to free showings of Seahawk games on the big screen. It's really awesome to root for the Hawks along with a couple hundred other fans! Whenever my wife and I think of going to see a movie, this is the first place that I check. They also offer occasional concerts. I saw Beatles and Eagles tribute bands, and both were so good that I almost forgot they weren't the real thing. read more

Nice small town theater in Enumclaw. This theater is in a building dating back to the early 1900s and it maintains its small town feel and nostalgia. You also cant beat the prices! If you don't like the feeling of crowded, overpriced theaters and want a very relaxed atmosphere, I would suggest The Chalet or Star Cinema, both in Enumclaw. These theaters are also surrounded by some good places to have dinner. read more
