This place is so cute and it's a small place. We ordered mixed chaat, Kashmiri chai, and Karak chai. The chaat came first and then the chai. It arrived super fast. The Karak chai was not too good but it's better than no chai. The Kashmiri chai is super good and so was the chaat. I would definitely go back!

Some really yummy and flavorful food and would definitely go back. Also had the Kashmiri chai and was so tasty.

Kashmiri chai. Color was very pink in person, picture doesn't do it justice!

Review based on the chai. Karak chai and Kashmiri chai were both on point. Kashmiri chai had a generous amount of pistachios and almonds in it, making for a luxurious delight. The aesthetic of the spot is cute with a lot of instagrammable signs. It was raining hard the night we visited and the owner was around. He was kind and allowed us to stay past closing until the rain died down. Always a pleasure to support a local business when you know the owner is solid.

We had cravings for desi street food and we were shopping in the strip so decided to try chai shai. The menu is varied so you'll find something for everyone. It's a small location with limited seating so be mindful of that. The service is top notch. We tried the mixed chaat which was okay. Also had the beef club sandwich which was just mind blowing. I'm not a fan of club sandwiches in general as it's too much bread for me but the combo of buttered toast, shredded beef and a fried egg. *chef's kiss*. This is what I'll come back for. They're stingy with condiments ($1 for hot sauce)

Small place near Subhlakshmi Grocers and Himalaya Restaurant at Hillcroft and I69/US 59. Clean and welcoming interior. The young lady attending to us at the register was the highlight of our visit. Ordered the Chaats on the menu, together with Kadak Chai. Food arrived promptly; however they were disappointing. We're expecting the pop and sizzle of Indian Chaats; however, the taste was sweet and bland ..not what one would expect from Chaats. Chai has hardly any Kadak in it and tasted very milky. Overall, not a great first experience, except for the lovely person at the register.

The Bun Ka baap is a must, right level of spicy pair it with a chai and it hits the spot. The club sandwich is very refreshing for any summer day.

The best cheese fries i've ever had, no exaggeration

These jalapeño cheese fries are so good, flavorful and well presented, plus they made them so fast. Would come again.

Solid food for snack type of food/apps. I did a delivery order which really did take a long time, but It was a Friday night so It is understandable for the wait. The garlic Mayo fries were great and the zinger roll hit the spot.

I love Samosas too and the truck says it all. Next time I'll get some of the Nutella samosa and or kulfi ice cream if they have it. We had the family garlic naan I forgot which karahi but the chicken breast with a cream based sauce, mango lassi, chole (chickpeas), lahori fish. It took me this long to go because I kept looking at their prices and couldn't justify, but don't be like me and let it scare you away. The portions are definitely more than enough for 2. They are not stingy with their portion size. Looks like their weekday lunch prices are pretty decent so I'm going to have to go back for that for sure. Pretty much everything we had was great. I will say next time I want to try a more traditional tomato based Karahi. Family size Naan was $10 it's probably like 3 regular naan super fluffy not dense so it's easy to eat. Chole was perfect great flavor all around chickpeas were soft. Mango lassi was good but I think it was too heavy for me so I may pass on it next time and leave more room for food. Not sure what kind of fish they use for the lahori fish but the flavors were great, I feel like it should come with fries and I wish it was another type of fish but otherwise on point. The Karahi was chicken breast, really good flavor if you are introducing someone to Pakistani food,it's cream based so it's milder but still has great flavor. My bill was around $87 and I definitely had leftovers. I suggest not going alone if you are getting off the regular menu and not weekday lunch.

This roll is also available and freshly made Naan. This roll is about 8" long. Everything is cooked to order - every order taking about 15 to 20 minutes to prepare. If you are in a hurry, make sure that you order ahead. I also want to add that they make a limited amount of marinated beef for boti and only had one order left enough for me to be able to try it.
