We used them during our Spring Break trip to Scottsdale for airport pickup/drop off as well as an all day trip. We had a late arrival and had our daughter in tow, I was very pleased to land and immediately get a text from the driver that they were there and ready when we were. The communication was very good and we grabbed our bags and met them at the door. Heather was our driver and she was such a joy. She's also a parent and I think she recognized that it had been a long day. She interacted with our five year old during the 30 minute ride to our hotel and we were really grateful for that. She also picked us up when our trip ended and remembered our daughters name and that she needed a booster seat. We also had a driver for a jeep tour that we did and had them for about 7 hours. Our driver was Sam and he was very kind and helpful. When we arrived for our tour it was a little confusing where we needed to be and Sam hopped out and went to figure it out for us. He also helped us with finding a place to eat. We didn't expect the tour to run as late as it did and while we were out he researched some places we could quickly get into without a reservation. That was such a great help and unexpected. There was a lot of driving involved and we ended up keeping Sam for longer than expected but it was all handled smoothly and it was so great that we could relax and let him handled getting us around. We later learned that he had purchased a booster seat for his vehicle when he learned our daughter would need one. It's this kind of thoughtfulness that really made our trip to Scottsdale memorable. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area.

Usually that would mean having to find a different ride to dinner and then the limo would meet them at the restaurant instead of the original plan of getting picked up at a house, but not with Bernie Limo. He searched around and got us a second limo to drive them to dinner and then the original scheduled Hummer Limo to pick them up from dinner and take them onto the prom. All the while not charging me any extra to do this! All 5 teens had a wonderful prom and loved the limo so much that they left the dance a little early so Victor could drive them around a bit more before heading back home. Both Victor and their first driver, Jerry, were phenomenal! They kept the kids safe, were on time, and made them feel like rockstars. Bernie was super easy to work with and was a very fair price considering it's prom season and we booked a little later than we should have, also considering the extra time and vehicle. If you're like me and want your kids to have the best prom experience possible but are a little worried that your teens will feel silly or won't like the experience; mine are very picky and they were a little nervous that it might feel pretentious, but they all absolutely LOVED it!! They loved it so much that they actually had as good a time in the limo as they did at the dance. After reading other reviews, we contacted Norberto. He was extremely responsive and let us know exactly what to expect, including a text the night before so we were assurred we were on his schedule. We left on an early flight so we needed to leave at 4:30. At 4:20, he sent a text saying he was in the driveway. As others stated, his car was immaculate and the carseat looked like it was brand new. When we landed after our return flight, I had a text telling me he saw we landed early and was already at the airport, to text him when we had our bags and exactly where to meet him. The airport was chaos and he pointed out the long line of cars stacked up on the westbound side and took a different route to get us home.
