I miss seeing the check in staff that is so friendly and personally greats me and makes me feel welcomed. This experience was impersonal and I felt that my personal information was at risk for being compromised. If this is the new "normal" for HFDC I may consider changing to a PPO dental plan so I can choose to go where I am welcomed by a real person.

Communication around costs is unclear and can be misleading. On top of that, the office manager is extremely rude, and the staff is not welcoming or friendly, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating. Save yourself the stress and consider going elsewhere. Instead of offering a sincere apology or acknowledging the inconvenience, the receptionist (Robin) repeatedly insisted they had called me several times ( no history of a single phone call from them on my phone) and simply asked if I wanted to reschedule. They called the referring doctor without asking me to verify the email address they gave me to send. I just resent the email the third time and it went through. The staff can't spell and can't do their jobs properly. Sigh. I hope the oral surgeon is not like the staff I dealt with. Overall, I am not impressed with this office at all. I am so glad I went through this before the actual oral surgery for my son. I firmly believe that things happen for a reason. The doctor asked me to delete the review bc it will deteimentally affect the business. If I were the business owner, I would be grateful to get good and bad feedback and improve accordingly based on the feedback.
