I miss seeing the check in staff that is so friendly and personally greats me and makes me feel welcomed. This experience was impersonal and I felt that my personal information was at risk for being compromised. Communication around costs is unclear and can be misleading. On top of that, the office manager is extremely rude, and the staff is not welcoming or friendly, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating. Save yourself the stress and consider going elsewhere. Instead of offering a sincere apology or acknowledging the inconvenience, the receptionist (Robin) repeatedly insisted they had called me several times ( no history of a single phone call from them on my phone) and simply asked if I wanted to reschedule. If you are doing an apt for a patient, please log it into your system while you are doing it. I don't see you in the system on the day of the apt is not acceptable. Incompetent staff. They wanted a referral so I sent it to the email address they gave me. First time "Oahu" was misspelled. Second time "surgery" was missing a "y". They called the referring doctor without asking me to verify the email address they gave me to send. I just resent the email the third time and it went through. The staff can't spell and can't do their jobs properly. Sigh. I hope the oral surgeon is not like the staff I dealt with. Overall, I am not impressed with this office at all. I am so glad I went through this before the actual oral surgery for my son. I firmly believe that things happen for a reason. The doctor asked me to delete the review bc it will deteimentally affect the business.
