I miss seeing the check in staff that is so friendly and personally greats me and makes me feel welcomed. This experience was impersonal and I felt that my personal information was at risk for being compromised. Communication around costs is unclear and can be misleading. On top of that, the office manager is extremely rude, and the staff is not welcoming or friendly, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating. Save yourself the stress and consider going elsewhere. Despite the driving distance, my entire experience with the staff there (Honey and Dr Hironaka) was magnificent. I mean you do not usually use the word magnificent for any dental procedure but they really handled me with care and the overall procedure was not that painful. They called the referring doctor without asking me to verify the email address they gave me to send. I just resent the email the third time and it went through. The staff can't spell and can't do their jobs properly. Sigh. I hope the oral surgeon is not like the staff I dealt with. Overall, I am not impressed with this office at all. I am so glad I went through this before the actual oral surgery for my son. I firmly believe that things happen for a reason. The doctor asked me to delete the review bc it will deteimentally affect the business.
