Just want to tell everyone about the wonderful experience I have had with Chad Sato at Aloha Chiroprctic I traveled from Alaska to Honolulu as my chiropractor in Anchorage told me about the Network style of chiropractic care . I went in for my first consultation not knowing how drastically my life would change in such a short amount of time. I had worked with other chiropractors before, the kind who release the tension in my body by bending, massaging, and guiding movements to make me pop! Then I would be on my way until I needed another "fix." But Dr Chad offers "Network" Chiropractic care? How is it different? Working with Dr. Chad is NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL. Over the years friends and clients would tell me about this wonderful healer in Manoa. I finally went to see Dr Chad when my low back was super "out." Through his expertise (physical adjustments, mental & emotional purging) I was able to clear the injury. Weekly visits were always amazing and uplifting. Fast forward to 2021, I endured a spinal fracture. I knew the best way to heal was through Dr Chad's whole body method. Empowering! Living with acute urticaria for decades and having explored all possible routes with orthodox medicine, I was at wits end. By chance, our Gastroenterologist friend recommended we give Dr. Chad Sato a go. Whoever thought of a Chiropractor for allergies? But then I discovered that Aloha Chiropractic is anything but run-of-the-mill! The moment I walked into Aloha Chiropractic in gorgeous Manoa and met Dr Chad, I knew I was in the right place... finally. What a welcoming, positive space this was and I liked Dr. Chad the moment I laid eyes on him! Treatment-wise, having been briefed by our Physician friend previously, I already knew what to expect (or so I thought!) The initial consultation was eye opening! I shared with Dr Chad my goals and history of physical, mental and emotional trauma (of what memory served me) and he was able to map out how stressors had manifested throughout my nervous system. And how it reflected in my posture and behavior. Dr Chad works on the principle of Network Care but I'm convinced he's a talented healer. Though a series of light taps on my spine, Dr. Chad (magically it seemed) released tension that I was not even aware that I was holding on to all these years! Every short follow up session was a delight. I either walked out feeling incredibly energized or tired. Either way, the feeling of well being that followed was transformative. I breathed much better and sleep was dreamy! And that was 2017. My hives quickly disappeared and when they do occasionally arise in a mild form, I know exactly what has triggered them and how to deal with them without medication. When people ask me how I went from death-bed status at 24, having been diagnosed with (3) autoimmune disorders & over (175) Western doctor diagnoses to where I am now: 34 years strong, actively hiking & ocean-adventurous, running a successful business & genuinely happy to be ALIVE, I am not sure what to tell them exactly, because there's just so much to share! Aloha Chiropractic, founded by the amazing Dr. Chad Sato, isn't for you people hoping his office is that "next corner" hiding magical unicorns. However, I can tell you that if you are actively working on your life in any way: whether it be striving to eat better, lose weight, breath better, recover from an illness or accident or you're actively seeking any kind of medical care that has left you with a feeling of hopelessness; this is indeed the place for you. As you can see, my journey started 10 years. After going completely raw-vegan, chemical-free & removing toxic relationships in my life over the course of years, I still had ailments that never went away. These included pelvic inflammation, kidney & urinary tract infections, severe anxiety, depression, moderate to severe pain in my joints, difficulty digesting / absorbing foods & also had nerve damage from the years of illness that left my fingers & toes numb on occasion. I THANK the Heavens & Beyond for Dr. Chad. A good friend of mine from Australia had recommended him years before & I wish I had spent all that money that I dropped in Western facilities on his treatments & general lifestyle improvements by going to him a lot sooner (thanks Yvonne ). The first session was long, maybe 2-3 hours, as this is your opportunity to discuss your conditions & concerns. I can attest that after this first session, my urinary tract infection lifted immediately. It was such a relief that I think I cried for days, not even noticing the other pains start to lift away. Once you complete the first session, it's recommended to complete bi-weekly mini sessions (15-30 minutes) for 5-6 weeks, based on your condition. Totally worth it. Every time I went to Chad, he was friendly, humble & very professional. He genuinely cares about his patients & you can really see that he loves what he does. I know nothing about this particular field of practice, but I don't need to do the research; I AM living proof of this man's power. I've learned so much about myself and my connection to my own body, I can't say enough about how beneficial working with him has been. First off, I have many family members who swear by Dr. Sato's work. Apparently, his skills do help many patients. I can only give him 1 star however, because of the way he runs his practice and the unscrupulous ways he charges his patients. For someone who is practicing in Hawaii, it is discouraging that Dr. Sato shows so little of the Aloha spirit. All he seems to care about is the almighty dollar. Case in point, we brought my 96 year old grandmother to Dr. Sato for some basic treatment for aches and pains related to her advanced age. We pre-payed for the evaluation and a separate visit. After the evaluation, my grandmother told us that she didn't want to continue with Dr. Sato because she felt he wasn't helping her. We decided that we would try to bring her back at a later date to see if she changed her mind. After a few months, my grandmother still did not want to go back and see Dr. Sato, even though we had already paid for a unused session. So we asked Dr. Sato if we could have a refund for the unused visit, or at the very least, let another family member (who had already been separately evaluated by Dr. Sato) use the remaining session. He flat out refused to help us in any way and just pocketed our money! Auwe!!!! Dr. Sato had no Aloha for a 96 year old grandmother or her family. There is a special place in Hell for people like Dr. Sato who only care about money and not for the well being of other people. Oh, and guess what, he only take cash, no credit cards (unless you pay a transaction fee). I wonder if he is actually paying his taxes? Hey Dr. Sato, I guess you have no problem looking at yourself in the mirror as you cheat and scam people out of their money. Dr. Chad Sato's chiropractic therapy is like nothing you'll ever experience. (Mind you, Aimee N. is the biggest skeptic and non-believer of treatment outside of the "ordinary"...) But everyday I go in for an adjustment and each day has been nothing short of a miracle inside and, in turn, outside of my body. Yes, it's a bit pricey and you really have to be open to networking chiropractic therapy. So if you are tired of the crack this or that kind of chiropractic treatment and want to enhance your mind, body, & soul, really, seriously, give this a try. Still skeptical? Well, I'd be willing to chat with anyone, but Dr. Chad also offers lifetalks to get his clients and anyone interested on Friday evenings (call his office). To be honest, I wasn't "ready" my first time around and it actually took me a whole year later to be open and willing to give this unique, holistic therapy an honest try. Having been going to Aloha Chiropractic now I have learned how to breathe better than ever before and (no joke) can heal my own pain faster than I have ever before. I have quite different experiences from his other patients with Dr Sato. What I experienced with Dr Sato was not so pleasant specially in my last visit. When I decided to quit his chiropractic care, nobody has ever explained about the last reevaluation fee they charged in his office. I have told Dr Sato and his receptionist that I was going to stop receiving his chiropractic care ( multiple visit process per week for several months at least and I have no idea how many years his care will continue ) before the last reevaluation. Basically Dr Sato charged this fee for his future chiropractor care and HIS record from even if patients who have already decided to leave him in advance?? because he hopes they will come back to his office sooner ! Obviously this chiropractor, who is dying to help others, kept patients from leaving DESPERATELY. In fact, the receptionist in his office said to me that I have 3 months to decide whether I come back to his office ( so no charge for the reevaluation fee ) or not. Not only he has odd practice with keeping patients, but also he creates ingenious way to make money whether patients stay or leave. I felt this is a little bid greedy how he sets up with his fee. I do not believe this incident was miscommunication since he has been practicing long enough and should be avoid this kind of confusion easily. So be careful in this office how they handle with his fee, specially when you decide to leave him. In addition, I like to state that the one of his receptionist was very easy to get a bad mood, specially when she was busy and could not handle it. To me, they are less professional. Also I have already suggested to Dr Sato that he should not tell people when he does not really mean it. Dr Sato is a typical everybody's friend type of person. He always told patients when we have questions, we can e-mails to him. I only sent e-mails to him occasionally if I had questions and there were no time to ask questions to him in his office anyway. But I have never received any e-mails from him for my questions. Only times I received his e-mails were e-mails in regarding to a referral or an another appointment which he would possibility make money ( Surprisingly Dr Sato sent back the e-mail to me immediately. What's a difference !! ), but not my health concerns. I also tried his 1 hour life facilitator program just like a coaching program in October, 2017. This program has a follow up 15 minutes consultation after one hour session. I have never received the follow up consultation. He has a lack of consistency and I can't trust this kind of person no matter how friendly he is. He doesn't practice what he preaches. So I doubt he has what it takes to be a facilitator. I also was very unhappy Dr Sato recommended his friend's business ( Alice Inoue ) which I totally was not interested in. Dr Sato is very bushiness oriented chiropractor ( sales and marketing ) although he has never showed it to patients in his office. Dr Sato helped me to some degree. I felt calm in his office during I received his chiropractic care. But unfortunately I have never had an extraordinary experienced. I wish I had, REALLY ! Dr Sato is definitely NOT the best chiropractor I have tried. In addition....Dr Sato gives his treatments for animals as well. I took the one of my cats a couple of times. Even I took Dr Sato's animal workshop. There were not very much content. There were very little information for 2 days. I regretted to take this $400 workshop which was just not worth over the weekend ! All experiences were a great lesson for me. read more

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Chad Sato for more than a year. This is not your normal chiropractic care but a journey back to health - not only for your spine but in so many other ways. It is an investment in your health with both your time and money but it has been worth it. Both my husband and I had pretty rounded shoulders and ongoing back pain. We both now stand erect with very little shoulder curvature left. The "small" in my back has returned and my hips are now level. I have learned how to recognize what is likely to have caused any pain and have learned how to deal with it quickly. Amazing what we are capable of doing after our body starts to move back to the way it was designed. Both my husband and I are in our senior years so many years of deterioration are being corrected. I have rarely had back ache this past year and previously I visited a regular chiropractor three to four times a year when my back would spasm and seize. I don't miss all that cracking! Dr. Chad Sato is such a great chiropractor because he cares. He is very present with his patients and he helps out all of the time. I have had back problems for years and he has transformed my body and the way it heals through his specialty practice that has research to prove it works. I can now workout 5 days a week and do Jiu jitsu 4-5 days, but my body tends to get sore, but I heal a lot faster after seeing Dr. Chad. I have been going to him for over 2 years and I couldn't of asked for a better place to heal any aches or challenges in my body. I can finally breath without pain in my back. I can't say enough good things about working with Dr. Chad Sato at Aloha Chiropractic. I have seen many chiropractors over the past 20 years to get my neck or back or hips "cracked" and back in alignment, only to have them go back out of alignment in a few days or weeks. Dr. Chad is doing a deeper level of work and teaching my body how to self-adjust and self-heal. After 12 weeks of treatment, all my chronic pain is GONE, my hips that were always chronically falling out of alignment are level and in perfect alignment all the time. He is teaching me how to release old patterns of holding tension in my body and the changes that have taken place are nothing short of miraculous. I am 53 years old and I did a full back bend in yoga class this week! Before working with Dr. Chad my spine was so stiff and stuck that I hadn't even tried to do a back bend in years.
