I read the Yelp reviews before booking an appointment and took the chance and I am glad I did! If you are worried that they won't want to give you your prescription to buy glasses elsewhere or that they will give you a hard time for it, that is false. Also, if you prefer to do images instead of having your eyes dilated at your yearly exam they do it here for $15 and that is the cheapest I have ever had an optometry clinic offer those for! I have always paid $30-$50 for that at other clinics--both in state and out of state. That alone should have you choose this place to receive services if they take your insurance. It's also a great location that is not hard to find.

My husbands glasses where ready and waiting in the office without us receiving a call. We had to call to see if they were ready only to be told they had been ready for a week. Gee did anyone think to call us maybe? Then I called in a week and half later wondering if my glasses where ready and the receptionist told me they where ready but the lab hasn't mailed them out yet. I called today and was told they would be on back order for another week and 5 days (which is basically two weeks just softening the blow). Again, no one thought to call us and inform us of the status. Real unprofessional and inconsiderate. When I asked why no one had I formed us the receptionist responded with "well my coworker is right here next to me do you want me to ask her?" Instead of a simple "I apologize for the miscommunication. I assure you once they are in we will give you a call" I don't think businesses realize how much competition there is and quite frankly, I don't think they care. Otherwise the service wouldn't have been so unprofessional. Long story short, take your business elsewhere. Update 3/02/2021 I STILL don't have my glasses.!
