They are truly always happy to help however they can and constantly go the extra mile. Jared and Stephanie do a phenomenal job of staying organized and on top of things and are always so communicative and kind. So many of our rental reviews say that it's the cleanest rental they've ever stayed in and that is because of the level of care this team puts into it. Chloe is our main Shiner and does a sensational job. She is meticulous and so tidy, and as an extra bonus, she has an eye for design and always leaves our place looking beautiful. We've worked with many of the other Shiners, too, (Torrence and Makenzie are so fabulous as well!), and each of them treats our cottage with such love and attention to detail. We've been working with the Shiners for about a year now and cannot say enough good things about Jared and his team. They're a wonderful partner to us and we're forever grateful! :) They are 5 stars, all around, every single time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My house was just not super clean. Embarrassing. Like not piles of garbage or anything but dusty and grimy. Cat hair. Lived in. I had the floors cleaned on the second to the last day so that part wasn't so bad. I looked on yelp for move out cleaners and got several quotes and this wasn't the very lowest quote ( honestly going with the lowest never works out) but it was reasonable and they were immediately responsive and we made arrangements for the last day in the house at 9am. They showed up promptly, two cleaners and their kiddo and they got to work. Adela texted me in the middle that the house was dirty (yup) and the bathtub in the primary wasn't draining ( I'd never used it not even once but Elliott the furry beast liked to sit in it uh oh). Four hours and $450 plus tip later the house was sparkly clean. I mean SPARKLY. No idea if I will get any deposit back but the house looked good! Thanks so much!

She pays attention to even the smallest details, there are never fingerprints or water spots left on the faucets. The price is very reasonable as well. In addition to her excellent cleaning skills, she is extremely reliable and always finishes on time. She is very detail-oriented and can work independently, so I rarely have to worry about anything related to the Airbnb cleaning. She also takes care of replacing items such as shampoo and other supplies when they run out. She is very thoughtful as well and often anticipates what needs to be done ahead of time. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thorough, and professional cleaner.

We will be hiring her and her team to come by our home at least once a month, and hopefully continue to have her with us even when we move into our permanent home. One day after they had cleaned my home, I came home to find a wet carpet with a note stating they had spilled a bucket of water on my laminate floor and carpet. Upon further review it was determined that they cleaned the water but placed the wet rug back on my floor. After pulling back the carpet to allow it to dry, I noticed water damage and my laminate floor had buckled. I immediately called Ashley to report the issue. She advised she would report it to her insurance company but stated a few times that she had never had to report anything to her insurance company before. She made me feel very uncomfortable for reporting an issue that had occurred with her employee for being careless. We then played phone tag a few times and during our last conversation she fired me as her customer stating I was a liability because I reported the damage caused by her employee. It turned out to be almost 6,000.00. Never in my life have I experienced such behavior by an owner of a company. I did not write a yelp review prior but this has stayed with me since my experience with Ashley snd her company. I would not recommend Ashley or her company for cleaning services to anyone in Oregon. I have never been dismissed for services by a company damaging my home! I do think Karma takes care of others who treat their customers poorly. Signed by a very disappointed customer
