Vinita responded quickly and helped keep the logistics low-stress. The guests raved especially about the paneer puffs and the pani puri. And don't hesitate to get those curries; she may specialize in chaat, but the curries were fantastic as well. The one dish that didn't really work out was the fish fry, which got soggy--an inevitability of the setup, so I'm not blaming them, but do keep that in mind if you don't have space to flash-fry on the spot (which we didn't). Long overdue on this review but definitely wanted to share our experience! I used the Chaat Party for a surprise birthday involving ~50 guests. The experience was excellent! Right from the initial communication all the way to the service on D-day. Vinita was extremely interactive and proactive to understand the plan and helped make some great suggestions on the menu, duration and layout. You can arrange for your own silverware, plates, tables etc. but I went for the bumper to bumper deal and I wasn't disappointed. It was very classy and handled with finesse. The team on the day was well informed, punctual (critical as it was a surprise), sweet and professional. Food wise - Flavors on both vegetarian and non-veg items were excellent. While everything was good, our highlights of the night were the Pani-puri, Dahi-vada and Kathi rolls!
