This was my first time at this crystal stop, the staff and owner were so helpful and answered all my questions. From the way the owner spoke about crystals you can really tell how passionate he is about it. Their wide collection of crystals are incredible, they even have the authentic moldavite, I have been looking for it everywhere. The prices were reasonable. I absolutely adore this little gem of a boutique (pardon the pun!). It's very unassuming from the outside but is huge inside. It takes up the front of a warehouse and is very easy to miss. The store sells all kinds of incense, crystals, tapestries, gems and the like, and they are all very reasonably priced. You can also make your own jewelry and there is a large selection of beads, spacers, etc. The vibe is very relaxing from the moment you walk in. Natasha, the owner, is wonderful. The first time I went in, I walked around for an hour and a half before choosing some stones for myself and a friend. She let me take my time and browse to my heart's content. I go here for incense all the time they have a great selection as far as satya, goloka, and green tree go. They also carry cones and the oils associated with the incense. They have holders as well. They also have a huge selection of stones although im not too sure about how they work and their selection of "gifts" selection is awesome. Pretty much any peaceful practice can find tinctures and ornaments here, or if youre just shopping for decorations around the house. It was my first time in a store like this and I was overwhelmed and although I knew what I needed to get, I wasn't sure what I needed to do. I explained my situation and both ladies were very helpful. Jade was very patient with me even though I had her repeat herself multiple times. I also wanted to buy some crystals and wanted her to tell me what to get as I had no idea. She was not pushy trying to just make a sale but told me to take my time and walk around and I will feel it. So, I took my daughter and her friend for crystals at Cha Cha Gifts...I have taken them there a half dozen times, I've been there dozens of times over the last ten years. ANYWAY.....A couple months ago I saw a piece that I wanted for the living room and today I was finally going up there to buy it. After changing my mind and deciding between two other things I say to the guy "how much is this"? AND "is there anything you can do on the price" TO WHICH HE SAID (spoiler alert, a sales person should NEVER say this to someone who is LITERALLY about to purchase something). "It's ____ price but if you bought it a week ago there was a Black Friday Sale and it would have been 20% off". So I'm looking at him in disbelief (doing the basic math in my head and realizing that it's a SIGNIFICANT amount of money) and I say "But you can honor that discount now since it was just a couple days ago" He says NO and then proceeded to tell me that "this piece has been on the shelf for a while so you should be glad that the price isn't higher". To WHICH I said...."are you seriously telling me that you would rather me spend NOTHING than offer me the 20% discount that you told me that I missed out on a couple days ago on something that's been on your shelf for a couple of years". He said "yes". I said "I'd like to speak to the manager, I'm not trying to be a Karen but when you are literally telling me that I would have saved money days ago on an item that you can't even move". There were several things that I would have liked to get from this store and tons I've spent in the last decade.....BUT they will never get another dollar from me. read more

The place is nice except that the cash register person was super super super slow! The store was relatively empty but those of us that were there went to purchase our items around the same time. Before me, there was a group of people and then a couple behind me. Rather than speeding up the process, the cash register person took her sweet time chatting and socializing with the group, handling their money and putting their items away in bags and paper at snail speed. If this is good customer service, it's at the expense of others. It took like 20 minutes for me to purchase a few things, something that should have taken a few minutes. read more

Cha Cha is truly a gem in Central Jersey. They have an amazing selection of all sorts of new age and Hindu/goddess themed crafts and gifts. The jewelry is very pretty and they have some cheaper made stuff ranging all the way to beautiful, more expensive silver. We did most of our Christmas shopping here and no one was disappointed. I received a beautiful Ganesha themed tapestry and it is truly vibrant and wonderful to look at. Also I have noticed that such items as sage and incense are half the price that you would find at a Whole Foods, or another place that sells such things. I have not taken any classes, but the offerings look very nice and the list is always growing. read more

I adore Cha Cha's! They have every tumbled stone I can think of and good quality/selection. Their store is always clean and they are constantly bringing in products so there's always something new when you go in. The only downside is the checking out process, but if you just practice patience everything will be fine. The system, not the cashiers, is slow and it takes a while for it to understand what the cashier is typing. Everyone I've met at Cha Cha's has been courteous, friendly and an overall joy to be around. Such as lovely place. I always bring new people with me to experience the magic! read more
