I have at this point written them 3 emails and DMed their instagram account. All within the 14 day deadline that they give. Just to get a random number to return these pants I have never worn. Ignored everywhere, not even a 'i'm looking into it' email. Judging from the other reviews of this place, I'm not alone in receiving less than the bare minimum of customer service.
