We purchased a used xerox copier, and though they are an authorized Xerox dealer, they did not force us into one of those "bend you over" service agreements. Instead, we buy toner and supplies as needed, and when the machine breaks (so far, 3 years in it only happened once) they were able to remotely troubleshoot and solve the problem quickly and inexpensively. They service some of the largest firms in Nevada... so john q public doesn't frequently come across them. Serving those big companies means they frequently have great used equipment available... something I like a lot. Next time I am looking for an office copier, Future will be my first call. They take such good care of the older used stuff... I can only imagine how great the new stuff would be!

My experience from the first call talking to the receptionist, to the proof of concept, and the final product. I ordered a custom embroidered logo that was pretty detailed containing 7 colors. I think an average logo is 3 to 5 colors. With all the colors my Winey Munkies logo came out great! Before they took the risk of just placing the embroidery on my nice Adidas polo, I received a preliminary logo on a piece of fabric just incase there needed to be any modifications. The mock logo was great and I placed the order. A couple days later I picked up my shirt after a courtesy call from the receptionist letting me know it was complete. When I picked up my shirt all the staff was super friendly and interested in my thoughts about the final product. Finding reliable screen printer and embroiderer is not an easy task if you just go through the phone book or a Google search. You can not go wrong if you choose to use "Reno's Premier Decorator of Quality Apparel Since 2000."
