I had been getting significant ice buildup along the bottom and wasn't sure what was causing it. As I've experienced with Amil before, his professionalism was outstanding. He offered to come the following day or fit me into his schedule later that same afternoon. He arrived at approximately 3:30 PM, right on time. One small detail immediately reminded me why Amil stands apart from many other companies. As soon as he entered my home, he removed his shoes. I even told him I have tile and that he was perfectly fine leaving them on, but he still took them off. That may seem minor, but it says a lot about someone who respects your home and treats it as if it were his own. He went directly to the refrigerator, inspected the freezer, and quickly got to work. He discovered a loose screw and a slight gap that was allowing outside air into the freezer, which appeared to be contributing to the ice buildup. What impressed me most was his honesty. I know very little about refrigerator repair, and he could have easily turned a simple issue into an expensive repair. He didn't. He explained what he found and was extremely fair about the cost. For comparison, GE wanted approximately $114 just to come to my home, before any parts, labor, or repairs were included. Amil took the time to actually diagnose the issue first instead of immediately looking for a way to charge me more. I also asked what other appliances he services, and he works on a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, microwaves, washers, dryers, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and other kitchen appliances. I had actually forgotten that I had used Amil's services previously, but after today's experience, I was reminded exactly why I called him before. Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, respectful, honest, and fair with his pricing. Those qualities are becoming harder to find. We do realize that not every mattress works out for every person, which is why we have our 100-day comfort guarantee. We highly recommend that you to use the mattress for a minimum of 30 days as it can take your body that long to adjust to a new mattress before we can authorize a one-time reselection. We paired with Sakis, one of the furniture managers at our Summerlin store. He informed us that he offered the one-time reselection to you after the 30-days and that he would even upgrade your mattress to the next step up at no charge. You refused that and so he was able to authorize a return on the mattress with the 20% restocking fee. We are unable to override the decisions made at the store and so if you are still dissatisfied, you will have to continue to work with our Summerlin store. THE FURNITURE MANAGER DID NOT OFFER ME AN UPGRADE. THAT IS A LIE !!! I did not refuse as it WAS NOT offered. I tried to order them directly from the wholesaler, but they don't sell directly to a homeowner. But they told me, good news, there is a Ferguson in LV that is one of their customers. Just go there. I told them, unfortunately the person I'm dealing with at Ferguson doesn't know who they are so that means they don't exist. So finally I drove across town and personally gave Nestor the Manufacturers name, the wholesaler's name, the part number, the model number, and the phone number for the wholesaler so he could place the order. Guess what? Nothing. So I have 4 bathrooms with beautiful matt black fixtures and three of them have chrome tub overflow caps. I wouldn't trust Nestor to clean dog feces from my yard. This guy is simply lazy and it seems like the location doesn't care. Avoid this place like the plague and just go to Home Depot or Lowe's for your plumbing fixtures.
