They were very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. We were thrilled with the result! A year later, the cushions still look brand new! Next, we hired them to design a cushion for our window seat as well as a Roman shade for a bedroom we had converted into a closet. The results again were amazing. We were able to give Genevieve an idea of what we wanted and she made it happen flawlessly. Currently they are working to reupholster one of our outdoor daybeds that our dogs have destroyed. We know they will do a fabulous job. I highly recommend them for any project, new or redesigned, that needs to be done with upholstery.

We stopped in at around 4:30 yesterday and right away saw some beautiful furniture, including a pretty great array of options for desk chairs. I was thrilled that our salesperson did not flinch when I asked for an ergonomic chair in a reasonable price range. Nakia showed me several very comfortable options. I sat in a number of chairs to assess back, height, and size comfort levels. Nakia has an eagle eye for checking that you have good back support and she never wavered in her quest to answer my questions about adjustments. Some chairs have to be shipped, but I found a chair which was ready to go, and already my body was crying out "Thank you"! Today I am working at my desk in super comfort, and I even got the chair on sale. Some of the executive furniture was so beautiful I could see returning here for durable and attractive side chairs and sofas or shelf units- prices are not at all outrageous.

However, we like the design of the furniture and the frame is made of quality wood and in excellent condition. We heard about Regal Upholstery from friends and the Company's radio advertising and therefore decided to get a quote for re upholstery. We made an appointment with Jay to visit their business. I took some photos including dimensions for use in the quote. The quote is in two parts, one is for the fabric and the other is the labor. The number of fabric material choices is overwhelming. They have 3 walls of choices. We also met with Heidi who assisted with providing a quote. Jay was patient and helpful while we selected our choice of fabric. It took us a while. Our choice of fabric was not in stock so the quote included the availability and the re upholstery time. Once the fabric arrived they picked up the furniture. The work was completed within the quoted time frame and with total satisfaction. The quality of workmanship is excellent and reflects Regal Upholstery's highly trained crafts people. I'm sure this is why they have been in business for over 45 years. We highly recommend them.
