He came out the same day I called, provided a professional quote, started the job within two days, and completed it in just four hours. The new entrance pad and landing blend perfectly with my existing walkway. It was hard to find someone willing to take on a small residential concrete job, but Fabian handled it with professionalism and care. I highly recommend PNA for anyone needing residential concrete work.

We were extremely disappointed with the quality of the work. The flooring was cut inside our home, leaving sawdust throughout the house, and after the installation we identified numerous workmanship and finishing issues. I contacted Chris and attempted to have these concerns addressed and corrected, but they were not resolved. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been frustrating and will likely cost us additional money to have the flooring properly repaired. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. I'm sharing this review in hopes that it helps other homeowners make an informed decision before hiring someone for a flooring project.

Overall a terrible experience and if they could get a zero they would get just that. They were…read morecontacted by our landlord to replace carpet with tile after two water pipes broke in the basement of the townhouse my girlfriend and I are living in. All communication was done through our landlord about when they would be there, etc and that was fine. They showed up and ripped up the carpet after we had moved some of the larger pieces of furniture and other items out of the way. It was then decided that all one type of tile was going be installed. Prior to this, half the basement was carpet and the other half was tile. This meant that they would have to break up the existing tile after the carpet was ripped up. Obviously there would be a large amount of dust that would be raised by breaking up tile. These guys never brought any plastic or tarps to cover our furniture or anything else. Nor did they ask if we wanted to move photos or other pieces of artwork from the walls to keep them from getting dust covered or damaged. Once they started putting down the new tile it seemed that most of the time they were supposed to be working it seemed like they were spending more time running their mouths. There were 3 guys at the house working and there were 2 days that they were here for over 12 hours and did not complete the entire basement. The basement is not that large as it is only a townhouse. I also noticed they were throwing the grout water into a snowbank that was in our front yard. Now that the snow has melted there is a long trail of dried grout that is in the yard and will have to be taken care of. I have posted a photo of this. Also, there were many grout spots on the walls that were not cleaned or taken care of prior to them leaving. I have also posted a photo of this. Finally, while they were installing the tile in the downstairs bathroom the toilet paper dispenser was knocked partially out of the wall. This photo is also posted. We did not find out about this damage until after the project was done. Common sense would think that if something got damaged or messed up in anyway you would tell the people. I understand with any construction job or repair work there are things that are going to happen. It would have been appreciated if our stuff and property would have been taken better care of. Honestly this was a poor experience all around and if my girlfriend or I would have hired them directly they probably wouldn't have been working for us past the first day.

Performing the work myself was a task I surely did dread. Although I made many calls, sadly, I received no response at all. I was about to give up, thinking I had the worst luck. I then saw an advertisement for NYSA Construction. I am delighted to say, when I made the call, they came out the following Monday. Project Manager Jason Fangmeyer promised to submit to me an estimate that would fit my budget. He said, "Yes, indeed. I know what you need." He took the time to explain. He promised he could ease my shed's pain. He said he would replace the shed's rotten wood. He promised that he really could. When I received the great estimate, the work I did permit. I knew it was Jason Fangmeyer I would hire. The price was right. Jason promised I would find his work quality to be a sheer delight. Jason and his men arrived at the promised date. They were not a minute late. The company's men did a great job. They are not slobs. They take pride in their work. They are no jerks. Their work is neat and clean. They gave my shed a nice sheen. I want to tell you; Jason and his crew made my 45-year old shed look brand new. NYSA treated my property with respect. Because of this the work took longer than quoted I was out of a shower in a single bathroom home for an additional week, paying for a hotel room to shower. I found multiple areas of missing grout that had to be filled in with caulk since the grout had dried. The sink leaked right after instal. The bathtub drain wouldn't close and the worker informed me they didnt think it would close when they installed it but they didnt check or tell me. They had to come back not even a month later to re-caulk the bathtub because it had cracked. The bathtub caulk has cracked again, and i've found cracks in the grout of the floor tiles now. I finally took a bath for the first time and I woke up to a giant wet spot on the ceiling in the room below the bathroom the next morning. Hopefully they can figure it out and fix it but never again will I be using them.
