I highly recommend PNA for anyone needing residential concrete work.

We had used D & M over the years for a new roof on 2 different houses, new gutters, new siding and a new pair of sliding patio doors. I fired this company. Based on my experience, I cannot ever recommend them…read more One of my biggest concerns involved the flooring. The understanding was that the existing wood flooring would be removed so the new tile assembly would be installed over the subfloor. Instead, the existing wood floor remained in place and cement backer board and tile were installed over it. When I questioned this, I was told it was installed on the subfloor, this is not true. Then they told me that the original hardwood floor was the subfloor, this is also not true. I also experienced multiple issues with the tile installation. A cracked tile was installed even though I had replacement tiles available. When I raised the issue, they blamed me for not physically handing the installer the tiles because they didnt know where they were located. Which is ridiculous considering they were installing the tiles and know exactly where they are located. Later, additional tiles were damaged with a large circular cut that required further replacement. The checkerboard tile pattern was also installed incorrectly during part of the project. The wallpaper installation was another major concern. The wallpaper pattern was not aligned between panels. After I pointed this out, I was told the installers were not experienced with wallpaper installation and normally performed other types of work. The wallpaper was eventually removed, but I was informed that I would need to purchase replacement wallpaper because the original material had been discarded. They dumped their bucket of materials into my garden, caught on my security camera. During the entire process, I repeatably dismissed by rude workers and disappointed by what I viewed as repeated workmanship issues, poor communication, and a lack of accountability when I raised concerns. After I informed the company that I wished to end the project, the work area was left with construction debris and dust that I had to clean myself. They left all of the demo garbage in my garage and in my garden. If you meet either Gal, Tal (Tyler) or Priscilla Winters, I would personally recommend to run away. This review reflects my personal experience with this project.

A con man of the highest order!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!…read moreHis recommendations which I naively agreed to ,proved not only to be not only outrageously overpriced, but more importantly completely superfluous and resulted in me ultimately having to hire someone else remove what he installed AND repair what damaged he caused and then begin the initial project from the start!! One example:His estimate for tightening a kitchen cabinet ran into thousands of dollars!! He came up with some convoluted explanation about the wall of the cabinet needing to be rebuilt, the dishwasher needing to be removed, the wall next to it needing to be totally rebuilt ,the adjacent door also needing to be taken off, then needing to repaint the doors .....and on and on. Another workman showed me that the screw just needed tightening and refused to even charge me for such a ridiculously small 'repair'! He guaranteed his work for a year. The tile work he did on one tub has resulted in puddling on the floor every time the shower is used. It's been 3 months since he was paid in full for ALL of his work. Two weeks ago I contacted him to fix the puddling problem. No response ! Since my call to him the puddling is only one of a number of things that that he worked on that isn't working properly! His "WARRENTEE " isn't worth much since he doesn't respond even 3 months into the first yr! Must of been his wife or mother who wrote the favorable review before mine. I give him, his work and his word zero stars!

The custom closet system was not originally in his area of expertise and Oded was frank and honest about it. He could've fooled me because it turned out beautifully. His scrupulous attention to detail and patience are hallmarks of a genuine professional. His price isn't cheap, but it's not expensive either. This is not the issue I have with them by the way. (I also need to preface by saying I have a background in construction, so I know how to speak the language and I know how to calculate very well material, labor, overhead, profit, etc.) When I met the gentleman from AGR, I told him exactly what I needed for my deck project (size, material, requirements, etc.). He informed me he needed to come back with an Architect just to give me a quote; none of the other 7 other contractors needed to do this, by the way. I asked him for a ballpark, because if his number was say $30k, there would be no sense in wasting both his and my time (I literally made up an astronomical number). He informed me quickly that it would be At Least $30k, immediately spouting off how much an Architect would cost, drawings, etc. I kindly told him that the 7 other contractors I got quotes from were all in the $15k range. He seemed surprised and informed me I should make sure they include everything and are licensed, etc. (for the record, the other companies were all reputable, licensed, bonded, and insured companies) This was not an abrasive interaction. The gentleman was polite, but this is your very typical "look at the neighborhood and try to take a customer for all their worth" contractor, not by honest or quality work. Sorry, but I would not recommend this contractor.
