I can actually relax here and trust them. Most of the ladies here have worked here for many years and are unlike the stereotypical nail salon techs. They're well educated, dress professionally and conservatively, engage in two way conversations with their clients, speak in spa voices. They do not generally talk amongst each other to the exclusion of their clients. Most of them are elegant. Emily was SO gentle and explained the entire process to me. She shaped up my nails based on my fingers and nail length, cleaned up my cuticles, and helped me pick out colors that she thought would look good, especially since this was the first of many trials for me. I've been getting them done since I was 12 with my grandma, so I know exactly what I like. That being said, this place really delivers when it comes to quality -- especially Morgan and Vu. Morgan does my nails and she really listens. I just asked for my nails to be cut short not anything fancy. This isn't my first rodeo getting a mani pedi in my life. And she wasn't even doing my pedicure. She actually ended up painting my toes though and while I didn't request three coats of polish, she took the liberty of doing so and I didn't notice until she got to the second foot when I noticed how thick the polish was. I told her that next time I only want two coats. She replied that next time I need to tell her but how would I think she'd do three coats when she did only two on my hands? I am a little surprised at her retort. I still tipped generously because I appreciate the intention but not likely to come back.
