The treatment room and the ambiance were absolutely lovely, making for a truly relaxing visit. However, my experience was significantly marred by the front desk staff. The front desk lady was extremely rude and dismissive, and her behavior was downright obnoxious. She refused to take the time to help with my concerns and made me feel unwelcome. It's disheartening because the rest of the visit was so positive, but this behavior has unfortunately soured my perception of the place. It's truly disappointing, and while I appreciated the esthetician and the environment, the poor customer service at the front desk means I won't be returning. A business's success depends on every team member providing excellent service.
