They have a really good selection of games for all models of console, including the most up to date releases, all at fair prices. They also have a really good system where you can trade in your old consoles and games, against new ones, and others can then buy pre-owned games and consoles at bargain prices. This is well worth a look if you want to buy something as you can save loads of money this way. The shop is quite big, and staff are helpful but because it is very popular you often have to queue to pay. Game do a loyalty card as well, so you can collect points everytime you buy something.

The shop can be quiet alot of the time, and some of the stock remains in the shop for months. The staff are friendly and personal and experts in the field of video games in general.

They seem to do a good trade in second-hand consoles and some of the rarer, collectible stuff and sell lots of Japanese imports. If the shop isn't too busy, they'll happily plug in a game for you to try, or just let you have a go on whatever they've been playing when they didn't have customers. The owner has been trading games in Cambridge for as long as I can remember, must be 15 or 20 years now. Customer service is very good, if you do buy a second-hand game which doesn't work properly, they refund or replace with no fuss at all.
