A really nice gentleman who did not try to sell us a new machine but repaired our existing one. I felt the cost of the visit was fair and reasonable. As well as shoe repairs, they also offer dry cleaning services and key cutting at competitive prices. The key cutting is done while you wait, and shoe repairs are done quickly. There is also a limited number of items for sale, such as dog collar tags, slippers, and key fobs to name a few things. There are a few parking spaces outside Cobb Lees, but there is more parking around the corner.

Unable to wait on my usual techie I decided to go with Intuitive Solution after a friend recommending them to myself. After the very polite owner took in my laptop in and off my hands for the space of about 4 hours to change the hardware. I came back to pick it up at a reasonable price, in depth explanation of what changes he had done, which was something I have not really received before. Upon taking my laptop home and starting her up, I found that my laptop had never performed better. The laptop is still working perfectly with no problems what so ever, several months later. Inconclusion, I haven't seen my previous techie since. Great service, great price, great custom.
