I had seen a high-chair outside but it was really grubby and had damp all on the straps, so I asked the lady whether she would consider a reduction in the price as it was in bad condition. She replied by saying no, and its been in storage and that's what happens all you need is a dab of bleach on it. Personally i don't expect to go into a shop secondhand or not and pay for an item that is in an unfit state. I work in retail myself and would never treat or speak to a customer like this.
