It means many hours helping him paint tanks and aliens. It means bookshelves in our cramped apartment devoted to paints, men with little guns, and armored aliens. It means all of this to me. But of course so much more to my husband. With my husband's discovery of Dark Sphere, it means that he can now complete his army and get 25% off. Not only does that make him happy, that makes me happy too! Because that 25% in savings usually means treating me out to a nicely deserved weekly dinner for being a very tolerant wifey! (You can save 20% when dropping their shop, or 25% by ordering online, OR you can even order online and then pick up in their shop!) P.S. They're currently moving to a less crowded location! Worst part though was the truly useless customer service when I contacted them to find out where the heck my stuff was. Many times I have been confronted with rude staff, wrong discs in boxes and non functioning items. Whenever (and whatever) you trade in to sell for cash, they usually do not have the cash on site, leaving you with a 'credit note' in order to buy bad quality items. The staff are very poor. On more than one occasion the staff swear in front of their customers and most of them had no idea what they were doing. Their attire also had a lot to be desired as most of the men wear casual clothes and the women very little. The casual clothes not being too much of a problem, but makes it hard to distinguish which is a customer and which is a salesperson. I have given Cex, the Derby shop, I 1 star out of 5 due to its terrible service and lack of care to the customer.

Sold them an iPad for an agreed price as grade A. It was 18…read moremonths old. had always been in a case & had a screen protector. They took it in the Shepherd's Bush store, checked it at the desk. They said no marks or scratches & just needs a tech test & you will be paid. Then phoned & said tech test was ok but back of iPad scratched so only grade B & they would pay £169. I agreed as I didn't want the hassle to go back & collect it . But I had photos showing no marks or scratches on the back. So I emailed them with photos challenging them. 2 days later they changed the story from scratches on the back to micro scratches on the screen & charging plug scratched. There was a case & screen protector on the iPad & the cable & plug were like new. THESE ARE THE BIGGEST BUNCH OF LIARS, THIEVES & CON ARTISTS. THEY MAKE UP STORIES TO MARK THE PRICE DOWN. WHEN I CAUGHT THEM OUT WITH THE PHOTO THEY CHANGED THE STORY. THEY JUST MAKE THINGS UP. KEEP AWAY. UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED.

The first guy said he was helping someone else, but would help me when he was done. I never saw that guy again. The second guy I saw walking in my direction turned to help someone else who was wearing a suit. A third guy walked past me and I asked if I could get some assistance. He said yes but was on his way to help someone else. I then sat on the counter next to the laptops, while typing this review, assuming since I was sitting on the display stand someone would come to ask me to move or offer help. Eventually the girl who was working the register offered assistance. Turns out she was in training, which must be why she was being helpful. Hasn't picked up the missing customer service skills of the others. Since she was new she needed assistance to see if they had the one I wanted in stock. So she flagged down one the third guy who was supposed to come back earlier. I told them what I wanted and they didn't have the one I wanted in stock. Or the one on the display stand next to it. So I waited forever for nothing. And this is why brick and mother stores are going out of business and people use Amazon.
