You can't go wrong with a build-your-own ceviche! Great concept with plentiful of healthy options. My only complaint is that the service is a tad bit slow. Understably it is a small place that can get a bit busy between in person orders/in house orders, perhaps an expansion would provide faster service for customers? read more

The food here is awesome. We started with the standard mixed (shrimp and fish) ceviche and added celery - it was thoroughly delicious. The lady behind the counter was really helpful and made sure to make it to our liking. Great experience! read more

Fantastic food and the service has been great! Every Tuesday the girls and I go on our ceviche dates and nothing beats ceviche ceviche!

Loved it!!! Best ceviche I've had in a long time!!! Delicious and priced fair. The only reason I didn't give it a five rating is that they're a little slow at getting your order ready. Otherwise two thumbs up all the way read more

I have tried to pick up from this place multiple times. I find it extremely unprofessional to change your hours as you please. I suggest you update the hours you advertise. 0/10 stars for poor advertising. read more

Visited for the weekend so figured we'd try this place out. This is the best ceviche I've ever had! We tried the classic with mahi mahi and shrimp and creamy jalapeño. I wish we had one in Austin read more

This place is great! All food is fresh, the pricing is reasonable, and the portions are very generous--one order is easily enough for two people or two meals. You can order directly from the menu or customize: don't hold back--they encourage it! The restaurant is set up like a Chipotle--walk up to the counter and point/ask for whatever you want. Beyond the food, the staff is friendly and efficient, the restaurant is clean, and definitely worth it! read more

I personally did not like that type of ceviche. It doesn't taste like it's been soaked in lime. You get to choose what to add on your ceviche but adding everything just separates the flavors. read more

This place is always an amazing experience. The staff is phenomenal and the portions are generous. THE STAR BY FAR is the fresh ingredients and the preparation/technique. The flavors, variety, selections and specials are all on point. You just can't go wrong here because YOU choose and customize your order! read more

Some of the best ceviche in the valley. Fresh and made right in front of you. Very well served portion as well.

Tasty dinner at this tiny place in the heart of town. I'll be back as the food was fresh and the staff asked me the right questions to learn what type of ceviche I wanted. Mmmmm good read more

This is my favorite place in Harlingen to get ceviche. If you are a lover of ceviche like myself then I highly recommend Ceviche Ceviche.

Enjoyed the shrimp /avocado /purple cabbage/onion/ jalapeno ceviche... a lot. I had lettuce wrap instead of tortilla chips. The calamari was pretty bland. They were out of octopus. I wish they would offer Topo Chico to drink. The pesto cilantro sauce was very yummy as an add-on. Hope they stick around. read more

The service there is very inviting the food is very delicious you get to order what you want and that's what I love and their place is very clean and the atmosphere is very inviting read more

Exceptional food. We eat here a lot for fresh stuff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a tasty and healthy option. Also staff is wonderful! read more

I had the Classic with Mahi/Shrimp mix. Add a bag of chips. Really good taste. A little pricey for the ingredients. Very handy location and Definitely take out. Glad to have this option in Harlingen. read more

I'm really ignorant towards ceviche and haven't really eaten it but for me it was salty. I would have put 3 stars but didn't want to ruin their rating because I'm sure ceviche should taste salty? I ordered the classic and the ingredients were fresh but after my first bite all I was thinking was salty. I won't be cooking back but everyone else enjoy the apparently amazing ceviche. read more

Fresh delicious food. Unbelievable great tasting if you like fish and shrimp. Highly recommend this place if your are in for ceviche.

I had never even heard about "ceviche" but after going here I can't get it off my mind. So freaking delicious!

Great ceviche!! They have a great menu to choose from. The staff is friendly and work very fast to make your order in front of you. However, sometimes the plate is a little lighter depending on who makes your dish. Some plates may be enough for two people to share. read more

Ceviche Ceviche - The classic Yummy - Seafood Near Me - Harlingen, Texas

What a cool concept - a ceviche bar. I got the classic with a mix of fish and shrimp. Added jalapeno and capers. Absolutely delicious. If this was close to where I live, I would eat there twice a week. Great little place. read more

I love this place! This restaurant is like the Chipotle of Ceviche. You get to pick your protein as well as four sides and whatever sauce you want to add. If you chose one type of protein, the cost is about $9. Two kinds or protein increases the cost to about $11. Usually, you get to pick between mahi mahi and gulf coast shrimp, both of which are always fresh and delicious. As for toppings, there is a huge variety: cilantro, tomato, green onion, white onion, mango, pineapple, jalapeno, cabbage etc. Their toppings are always fresh, and they do a great job with seasoning of lime, salt, and pepper. They also give HUGE portions; it is definitely enough for two meals. And the best part is that it's technically carbohydrate free, so it's great for a healthier, lighter meal! (If you order the right toppings). Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at Ceviche Ceviche. Their food is fresh, and they have a food system that allows for a lot of flexibility, and the price is amazing. read more

Super fresh--they chop all the ingredients while you watch so many f there's a line it can be a little slow. The classic is great and the cilantro pesto sauce a great addition. I'm f you're not a red onion fan you must get want to try a different mix. read more

Ceviche Ceviche - Seafood Near Me - Harlingen, Texas

This place is the best! Harlingen needed a place like this. The food is super fresh. The place is clean. Customer service is awesome. You can tell they take pride in serving fresh quality food. I wish I had known it was there a few months ago. Best part is it's healthy! I had the mix of mahi mahi with shrimp with red cabbage, cilantro, avocado and cucumber. I tried all the sauces. The cilantro pesto, creamy jalapeños snd chipotle were my favorites. Servings are huge. Two can eat from one but you won't want to share. I ate half then ate the other half in the middle of the night. Prices are reasonable too. read more

Great Ceviche! Once you are used to how to order exactly what you want it is a great place to get Ceviche to take out for lunch or dinner. Great portion size! read more

As the restaurant has become more established, the service has dwindled. The wait can be long & there have been times where I've been ignored while the server begins working on a phone order. Rather than getting me, the only person in line, out the door. Portions have also become smaller compared to when they just opened. Other than that, I still love the food & will not be deterred. read more

Fresh, made to order ceviche. Very filling and for the price I think it's a lot of food. The Peruvian is my favorite with extra habanero. Make sure to add avocado as they will not include automatically but they do ask you if you want to add at times. It's a fresh change from the regular fast food in the area. read more

You get a lot for your money. Really nice people and fresh seafood. This is a perfect place to take out. The atmosphere in this place is not good to eat but take out is awesome. read more

We went to the one in Harlingen Tx. When we walked in we were next in line and stood there for 10 minutes. We were never acknowledged or even really noticed by the two young girls working there. The signs on the table said "Only two to a table" so I started pulling the chairs down at which time we were promptly told the dining room was closed. So we waited for our food. When we got the food home we opened up both containers and to our amazement one container had less that "Half" in what the other container had. I took a picture and tried to up load it but it kept crashing. I will attempt to upload tomorrow. I went to the companies Facebook page but it has had no activity since September last year. I also could not find a webpage for the company, which seems odd. I will be reaching out tomorrow to find out a number to the main office. read more

Mmmmm.....ceviche prepared fresh to your liking. Finally something I can eat and not feel guilty about. Serving portion is a great size. Most recently had Shrimp classic with mango and jalapeños. It's unlimited the ways you can try it. read more
