After reading reviews to be prepared for my delivery, I was afraid of what I would experience. I have to say my experience was nothing less than perfect. I received a text on the 14th about delivery scheduled for the 21st. They asked if I would like to move delivery up to the next day, the 15th. That worked great with our schedule. They texted about 45 min prior to arrival and put the tub in our garage as requested. It was a seamless delivery! 5 star service! Delivered 9 days after order placed. Do they then notify you they didnt even put it on the truck?? Hell no. They leave u sitting around wasting time. Absolutely terrible customer service! We scheduled delivery almost 2 weeks in advance so we would have adequate help to install the pergola. They bumped us on the day of delivery for no good reason but assured us they would come early the next day. The driver arrived after 3:30. We made several phone calls and texts with no response or simply hangups. We found them unreliable, unprofessional and uncooperative. Would never use or recommend Ceva. We ordered a TV from Costco to be delivered to our home address. I'll never purchase anything in the future from Costco that requires delivery from CEVA. We were notified numerous times about the delivery appointment. And by the text messages I received, it looked like there was some intention to verify that I understood the time delivery time was set (see attached image). I left work, arrive before 11:00 and waited until the end of the appointment. The appointment time passed and no contact or delivery. After searching several minutes for a phone number for CEVA, I reached an operator with an accent so thick that I had to have her repeat herself numerous times. She told me that the delivery driver reported that he came to the house at noon. Surprised by her response, I checked my Ring doorbell cam video (see attached image and time stamp) and saw that the driver arrived before the appointment. I received no calls, no texts, no information that the driver planned to arrive prior to the 4 hour appointment window. Now, even more frustrated, I contacted Costco customer service. The representative apologized...explained this was an outside service and rescheduled delivery for several days later. I was not assured by Costco that this would be avoided in the future (will I ever get my TV?). My advice is to avoid any purchases from Costco that require delivery from CEVA. read more

If you buy a large and/or expensive item online, request your shipper to not use CEVA. reviews across the board are bad (Google, BBB, Facebook, etc.) My item was due on 7/21. It left Houston on 7/14. Staff blamed the weather in Atlanta. I looked online and there hasn't been any weather advisory warning. Leave us on hold for 45 min. Staff is nonchalant, lies and makes us go through the worse headaches to get answers. 2 employees confirmed it was in Charlotte, another couldn't locate item. All updates have stopped. read more

Buyer beware if you order any large item from a company that uses CEVA as a shipping partner. I ordered a TV from HSN on 10/6/23. Per the CEVA website, I was to schedule my delivery appt after 10/12/23. I scheduled my delivery appt for 10/18/23 as this was first available. On 10/18/23, I received an email stating I needed to reschedule my delivery appt. So I rescheduled my delivery appt for 10/20/23 with a window of 12-4. Needless to say, the TV was never delivered between 12-4. I waited until 4:45 to call CEVA as I hadn't received a phone call, email, or any other form of communication about potential delays. A customer service agent tells me that they didn't get the TV at the local facility in time to be included in today's delivery schedule. CEVA had all day to call me or email me to communicate this delay in delivery. I did reach out to HSN and advise them of this situation. read more

I own a professional AV company and get regular freight from these guys. They are the worse, calls don't matter, tracking means nothing, they never call before delivery. They take freight (mostly TVs) of pallets even though it says not to, I have had countless displays broke. If I had a choice I would never use them, but I am forced to. The worse part is I wish I could, as a pro company, come pick up my freight. Picking up would save me time, them money and everyone would be happy. i have not received shipment of my sony tv on 3 occasions since 07/27/24,07/28/24/ and 08/08/24. sony acted promptly in replacing my 65-inch tv. ceva of charlotte nc has performed very poorly. drivers were to deliver to my home a "white glove delivery." driver shows up alone or fail to show, there are to be two drivers to deliver my 65-inch inch tv and set up my new tv. i have advised sony concierge of ceva's poor service. it appears ceva is too large to care. read more

We are yet to receive it a week later and nobody at this shitty business will tell us where it is. The only saving grace of this was that one of the two men that came to deliver my furniture was incredibly friendly and kind, even offering to assemble my furniture for me at another date. I was supposed to receive an order on 7/7 between 9 and 1. I did not receive any phone call about my delivery even though it said it was out, then was told to wait until 10 pm that day (which they didn't show up for). After many phone calls to Overstock connecting me, I discovered they "didn't have enough people" in the van for my delivery. Then on 7/11 when the correct amount was present, one of the men was incredibly angry that it was "Ikea furniture" that he "couldn't be paid enough to assemble" even though the other man stated they had zero other jobs that day. Thank goodness I only paid for white glove delivery because I could not imagine this man complaining while putting my furniture together. He could not be more reckless with my furniture and even wanted to leave it all in the boxes so I could tell them apart as if I was an idiot, which in my books is not white glove delivery if all the trash is not taken out like I paid for. Then, he proceeded to throw away one of the assembly instruction packets on me. Now the company is saying "Sorry, but what can we do to help that?" The only reason this company even has ONE star is because it won't allow me to proceed without selecting a star and they sure aren't worthy of anything more than one. Placed on order with Office Depot on 12/4/17, Office Depot's information says item was picked up on 12/5/17 and expected to be delivered on 12/13/17. Here it is 1/2/18 a day shy of being three weeks and we still do not have the package and nobody can seem to tell me where the said package is even at. And all that Office Depot will tell me is that their resolution team will be back in touch with me within four business hours. From the other two reviews I am reading here, I am not planning to hold my breath. If anything changes, I will update later. 1/3/18: Office Depot resolution team says that they were in touch with CEVA and my package would be delivered between 1 PM and 5 PM on 1/4/18 1/4/18: no package was ever delivered 1/5/18: called CEVA directly and was connected to the Charlotte NC hub who told me that my package would be delivered today between 1 PM and 5 PM. If you use this place, you are totally out of your mind! I was forced to use them because Costco uses them to ship large purchases. To be as pitiful of a business speaks only of the lack of good business sense the management has. They are totally incompetent! They booked three deliveries, where you have to be ready for them on a specified day, in a four hour block of time, because they can't specify within an hour when they can be at your house. So, you have to take off from work to be there. No big deal if they show up, but they didn't show-up three times. Yesterday was the final day of their slop job. They called me, at home, mid-morning of the day they were to deliver my product to cancel and rebook the delivery to another day. When I told their supervisor that this third cancelation was unacceptable, he hung up on me. Then I spent 50 minutes on the phone with COSTCO cancelling my order trying to get my money back. I still don't have my money refunded even though THEIR hired contracted agent, who is, by contract, a delivery agent of COSTCO, has the product and refuses to deliver. Plus, I have lost 12 hours of work for the three days I have lost waiting for the delivery. I get paid $113.46 an hour in my job. That means I have lost $1,356 of work time with this shabby run business-more than what the product I ordered cost. read more

This is the worst delivery service I have dealt with. I orderd 2 kayaks from Amzon, that were scheduled for delivery on 02/04/22. On that date, nothing arrived. Two days later, tracking showed the delivery had been rescheduled for 02/18/22. On 02/16/22, at 8AM, my Ring doorbell alerted me to a vehicle in my driveway. I went outside, and there was a white delivery van there. The driver was trying to unload a 9" kayak by himself. I helped him get it out of the truck and moved it to my garage. When I asked where the 2nd kayak was, he looked at me like I was from Mars. The only thing he said, was, "Just one", and he left. I contacted the seller, who confirmed they shipped 2 kayaks to Amazon. I contacted Amazon, and they confirmed receiving 2 kayaks, and assigning them to Ceva to deliver. I can't get anybody to answer the phone at Ceva. Luckily, I ordered from Amazon and they are going to replace the kayak for free and deal with Ceva. My crate (containing a billiards table) sat in their warehouse for 5 days...with a "for-sure" scheduled delivery date of today...September 14, 2020. I even called "CEVA" this morning and a woman...with very broken English...ASSURED me that my billiards table was on the truck and out for delivery. Then, about one hour ago, I got a call from another "CEVA" employee informing me that my billiards table was in fact NOT on the truck, and would be rescheduled for another delivery date. I told him that was unacceptable...that they've had my billiards table in their warehouse for 5 days...and the scheduled delivery date from the start of that 5 day period was today...September, 14 2020. I cancelled my order with the billiards table vendor...and they are giving me a 100% refund...and having the table shipped back to them I told them that the problem was 100% The Fault of the totally incompetent and dishonest trucking company. And everyone at "CEVA" was rude and asinine...even though they were 100% At Fault. It's No Wonder They Have A POOR "1-Star" Rating On Yelp...And "CEVA" Also Has NUMEROUS Derogatory Comments On Amazon About Their Extremely Poor Service And Dishonesty. I cannot recommend this company. If it was possible to give ZERO stars I would. I bought my package from Costco, and they used Ceva for delivery, I much rather of picked it up myself than have these people deliver. I scheduled my delivery a week in advance, from 9am to 1pm. At 1 I called Ceva Charlotte and told them I have not recieved my package, the person I spoke with said he will contact the driver and check on an ETA. An hour later its now 2, and I finally get a call back saying the DRIVER has DROPPED my package off at the wrong place. Will be returning to that location to pick it up and will be to my home at 4-5... Will update when my package arrives.. UPDATE: package arrived. Driver was rude despite his mistake. We live in an apartment and the delivery states inside the door delivery... we live on the second floor and he REFUSED to take it upstairs. no questions asked even his boss man which I spoke to on the phone told me he wasnt. So with all the 1 Star reviews posted, I thought I would leave My own. As 3rd Party shippers go, they are responsible for delivering product on behalf of the primary seller. I was given a window from 9am to 1pm. As time windows go, I know that the route is planed in the most efficient course possible, this leaves You, somewhat in the dark as to where you will fall. I went to CEVA's website to track My order. In addition I was told that I would receive a call 30 min. prior to the delivery. There was no call in advance BUT, the delivery driver did show up at 1:00. After receiving My delivery and signing for it, I went back to the CEVA's website and it did not even show that the product was out for delivery. My intention, and hopefulness, is that this review is read not only by Consumer's but by CEVA as well to help improve there service. With all this said, the staff at the call center was completely polite and attentive. The delivery driver was quick and polite. The Delivery Service was OK. I hope this information is helpful and useful to others. read more

A perfect delivery of my new kayak. I ordered a kayak online. The initial information said 7-14 days, (arrived in 8). The initial information from CEVA said wait 48 hrs for our shipping information to be available and then call to schedule delivery. (They called me about 24-30 hours later with a suggested delivery window). I agreed with the 11AM to 3 PM window (arrived at 12:40 PM) and they asked if I needed a 30 minute heads-up call...I said yes. (They called 35 minutes ahead of when they arrived- they told me 35-40 minutes on the call). The delivery man helped me unwrap the kayak and it was in perfect shape.... Well done. read more
