Completely unprofessional and rude. Do not use under any circumstances. There are better options.

This company is very greedy they dont make sure contractors make money because they pay the minimum to keep the majority of each pay of each order ,and they make sure there dispatchers make more of the money also its sad, and then they want you to put there company name on your vehicle and were there shirts after you have work hard in your life to purchase your vehicle and your a contractor with your own business they are a very unfair company that want you to do whatever they want you to do and not make the best choices for your good, they are a company that want you to do alot of jobs in one day like 15-20 and you barley make 140.00 when you should only do about 4-5 jobs and make at least 175-200 dollars but you to got pay the dispatcher and then the compliance company,the dash weekly fee after that you get paid and it is terrible and then they have so many demands and expectation when they dont even pay decent this company needs to do better and stop thinking people want to supplement income , people want to make a living . read more

I needed two court files copied for a new client who had to file a critical document just prior to the expiration of the statute of limitations. The dispatcher "M" gave the courier the wrong file number. This, despite me repeating the correct file number several times for her. This meant the courier went to the courthouse and copied the wrong file. THANK GOD he called me right before he left the courthouse and I - rightfully feeling shakey about the dispatcher - asked the courier to go over my order. I caught the error and was able to avert a statute of limitations crisis for my new client. The courthouse was also about to close for the day. Did I get an apology? NOPE! Just a bill for approx. $160! (I suspect I even had to pay for the additional time and cost of copying the WRONG file!) Won't be back! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I got a call from a Judge saying he needed documents delivered to his chambers by 1pm. It was about 11:30 am. I was busy with other things, so I called Dash Courier. They charged me extra to rush the delivery and assured me it would be DELIVERED within an hour (not just picked up-- they promised it would be delivered as well, all within the hour). As the minutes ticked by I began to get nervous when I heard nothing from them. I called numerous times throughout the hour trying to get someone to give me some assurances that someone was on their way. The person answering their phones hung up on me multiple times, when I finally reached someone they said a manager would call me back ASAP. No response. No follow-up. No manager call. No explanations. Just silence. Eventually I just gave up and got in my car to deliver the documents personally. I still haven't heard anything back, they just completely took off once they had my money. I will be sure to tell everyone who will listen about them. AVOID THIS COMPANY! read more
