We rarely have the need for a courier at work, but I called Red Tie the first time after scheduling service with a different local company that was a no-show. I called them immediately when work asked me to schedule service this time. It was 1:30 in the afternoon and I had to get parts to a customer 3 hours away the same day. Jon responded to my request within minutes. It was easy to set up the service online and after paying electronically I immediately received an email that allowed me to track my driver. I received another email when the package was delivered. Red Tie was prompt, reasonably priced, and reliable. I will continue to use them anytime the need arises and would recommend them to all. read more

I was organizing a holiday event for Foundation for The Carolinas during the pandemic. We partnered with Chef Alyssa's kitchen for a virtual cooking class. We hired Red Tie Courier service to deliver 31 ingredient boxes around the Charlotte area on one day. He was extremely professional, timely and responsive. He made a complicated job very easy for me and I truly appreciate it!! read more

An error by UPS created an emergency; I needed something delivered to a potential client, and it needed to be done within four hours. Worse, I was hundreds of miles away, and it was the busiest part of the Christmas season. The nearest couriers to the delivery location were either unable to help or out of business. I called Jon at Red Tie Courier, explained the situation, and he immediately put me at ease. A bit more than two hours later, delivery had been completed. Throughout, Jon kept me apprised of status. He even provided photos of the delivery packaging, to keep my mind at ease that everything was done in a thoroughly professional manner. I could not possibly have received better service. My highest recommendation. read more

I needed to use a courier service to deliver surprise balloons & cake to my honey's job for his birthday when I could not because of a work conflict. After googling I found Red Tie and decided to give them a try. I was really pleased with their service! I entered my request on the website and received a confirmation call 15 mins after submitting. The customer service rep I spoke with was very polite and went out of her way to make sure everything was correct. The pick up time was at 8 so I could make it to work by 8:30. They arrived at 7:50 which was much appreciated since I could not be late. The driver was equally polite and courteous as the phone rep. The delivery time was at 8:30 and I received delivery confirmation at 8:35! I couldn't be more pleased. The world would be a much better place if all businesses operated with such professionalism and promptness. I will be recommending and using them again should the need arise! read more
