The PEX under our house came under attack from rodents, forcing us to turn off the water to our house. It was clear that DIY was beyond both my skills and desires, so I jumped online and called literally every number I could find. Ken was the only person who would come quickly; many gave a timeframe of a week (or more), never called back, or just told me NO. Ken arrived when he said he would, was courteous and gracious with explanations and sharing information, and got the job done quicker than I would have thought possible. Sadly, our lines were chewed through TWO MORE times over the stretch of 10 days across the Holidays. In each instance, Ken called me back quickly, came out when he said he would, and solved the issue faster than I would have estimated. Ken will always be my first call moving forward for any plumbing needs, and I will be sure to recommend Ken as often as possible. !! THANK YOU KEN !!

If you're looking for a plumber who is prompt, professional, and fairly priced, I highly recommend Marshall!

I don't have enough great things to say about my experience. I went through the Yelp professional to request a Air Conditioner repair search and contacted Katie, they were first and fast to offer a bid and was reasonable. She called on the following Monday right at 8:00 AM, scheduled between 9-12, help was here at 9:30 and repair was done before 10:00. So very helpful and knowledgeable. This family business is in unincorporated Ukiah and about to be annexed into the city, so happy I was able to support this family business as they prepare for higher business fees and sales tax and restrictions on how they conduct business. I hope they survive another day, would contact them again if needed,

My house leaked and I've had other issues. I hired a professional roofer only to find out that 5K Pierson charged me, yeah, they not only didn't do the work right, but they skimped and skipped out on completing the project properly. I've called their office repeatedly and have left voice messages, but they never call back. What a tacky business. Stay clear from them.

Absolutely terrible experience with Pierson Mechanical. The office staff was extremely rude, and it…read morewas clear the owner has no idea what their technicians are actually doing in the field. They misrepresented what was needed, failed to complete the job, and then claimed they would return to finish it--only to later demand an additional $510. The service was already covered through my home warranty, yet they still tried to charge extra. When the technician initially came out, he arrived with an insufficient amount of refrigerant and said he "ran out" and needed to order more. The next day, the office called not to fix the issue, but to request more money to come back--completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I asked basic questions for clarification, the intake representative (who identified herself as the owner's daughter) became defensive and rude, accusing me of "pushing back" when I was simply trying to understand the situation. I ended up getting a second opinion from another HVAC company, and they confirmed the leak was minor, easy to fix, and covered under the same warranty--with no additional charges, including a full refrigerant top-off. This company is dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding them and always getting a second opinion.
