The crew showed up when they said they would be here every day, and were extremely conscientious about covering furniture and belongings during work and cleaning up before they left. They were also amazingly understanding of the fact that I still had to, you know, live in my house with 3 small children and a not-small dog while they were here, and were more than happy to work with me on things like having the kids' room finished and accessible as quickly as possible and having the kitchen accessible for almost the entire project so I could feed the kiddos. (What is it with kids needing food every 2 hours?) They wound up finishing a day earlier than estimated, and the house looks amazing. They installed new baseboards and changed out door hardware as well - we could not be more thrilled with how things look. We will definitely be using these guys for exterior painting, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Manuel came out and gave us an honest estimate - he was friendly and struck us as hard-working. We weren't quite sure of the timing since there were several other tasks to complete before painting, but Manuel gave us a lot of flexibility to hit the dates we needed, even moving around his schedule a bit to accommodate us when we finally did pin down a date. While there were some extra charges, they were totally justified because my 9 year old son had not been very careful with the walls in his room - and this included a mess he'd made of his closet walls. No one had noticed this on the initial walkthrough. Balancing this out, there was also a crack in the stucco outside the front door that Manuel patched up for us without charge! All we did was supply the name of the paint color and he went to work. We had been given a week as an estimate, but Manuel took the time to ensure it was done well and ended up going another half a week. He updated us on the status throughout - great communication. By the time it was done, the walls were spotless and restored to their former glory. I know it was a big part of the result - we got an offer less than a week after listing! Thanks Manuel. A+ job!

Best Bros bid was very detailed so that I knew exactly what materials and how they would be applied. That made the HOA process less of a hassle. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. Here are a few notes to consider when painting your whole house: Temporary window restrictions: There might be windows you won't be able to open because they are taped and sealed for painting. This might affect your day-to-day routine for a day or two, but it's truly one of those things you don't miss until you can't open your window! Test your colors in different areas: Be sure to check your paint choice in various places--like the garage, side doors, side walls, and back walls. The changing light makes colors look completely different than they do on a tiny sample patch.
